I'm getting so excitted while typing this.I'm actually also from Mahikeng but currently stay in Carletonville.Where in Mafikeng are you from?I'm from Lomanyaneng & went to Mmabatho High School but I've been out of Mafikeng since 2005.Nice to have a homie on the forum!!

The more I read about women going to the gym the more I'm convinced that I should enrol myself too maybe this will be my answer to the plauteu thing. Why do you want to loose weight?I will die to be 75kgs & you are 69kgs & still moarns & you want to loose 14kgs??I want to loose about 20kgs but 10 for now & I'm hoping to loose the 10kgs by December 2011.My husbands says its unrealistic & although he supports me he thinks I'm taking it too serious, like I'm obsessed-to tell you the truth-I AM & I know that if I managed to loose10kgs in the past I can do much more.

I just love polony & cheese,I also love love chocolate & peanut butter & jelly.Since reading about the blood type diet I'm re-evaluating my goals & my plans so that I can achieve my ultimate goal-its hard but I with the right mindset,I WILL DO IT.

I just hate that I cannot exercise like before(blame it to the weather) & I wish I also had a weigh-less friend that I could do things with e.g. walk.I've come to realize that having someone to motivate me is much easier cause I feel accountable if I fail.My hubby doesnt want to hear about it,he hates any forms of exercise & loves his food.

i'll figure it all out though & probely join the gym come summer.

LOL! Fly angel!! the wobbly boobies and the tummy! You have me in stitches

I feel like that too most days, but then I remember that I carried 2 kids and pushed them through my vjay, so it doesn't matter cos I'm amazing!

I love zumba too, it's too much fun, pity the classes at gym are not so convenient for me, but I do go when I can. it's super awesome!

I'm not very good with food, but it sounds like you're winning, I hate all these low fat, low gi foods most of the time they do taste like cardboard! So I don't even buy them at all, I totally love brown rice though... the rest :P :P :P, careful with the cheese and polony... I cannot stand polony, any kind of polony how do you do it???

Not sure if we know each other hey, I'm based in jhb, originally from Mafikeng and you??

naomicee do I know you from somewhere?

I'm currently enjoying Zumba & my cycling machine.I agree with the weather-its very hard to motivate myself to workout with this terrible weather. The thought of chaning to gym gear is chilling & I sometimes end up doing nothing.

Yersterday I had a healthy supper but it was yack!!I had whole wheat pasta with steamed vegetables & 1 portion of wors. The pasta doesnt have a pleasant taste (felt like I was eating paper) but I managed to keep everything down with water.I'm having the same meal for lunch & I have a fruit & yoghurt for snacks.Had black rooibos + 1 brown roll with cheese & garlic polony this mornig.

I badly want to loose this weight.I on the other side I'm curvy & tall. What I hate the most is my flubby tummy & wiggling breasts (I hate that site so much sometimes I feel like the mirror is being brutal on me but I know what I see is the true reflection of what I am).Anyway,I'm not giving up...

Morning guys!

I have GAINED 2 kg over the past couple of days. Everytime AF is around I eat like a mad man!!!!!!!!!! I also had very bad cramps and couldn't even go to gym, it was just messed up!!

Anyways back to business now, I am going to gym again this evening, and for the day I'm planning on a cup of tea for breakfast, then an avo to snack on, then for lunch I made a peanut butter sandwich! I need to get my things in order, I am sooo disappointed in myself, the crap weather is NOT helping either, I'm sitting here fantasising about vetkoek and mince... but anyways, enough of that this past week!!

Fly angel, nice to "see"you again,

45 mins to an hour sounds amazing! I could never, ever do that, I'm just not a morning person...

A lot of people swear by cardio, but then again not many people actually like it! Some lady at the gym gave me advice, DO A LOT OF WHAT YOU ENJOY. I hate, hate, hate working my abs, I can't stand it but because I do so much cardio, I manage to lose inches throughout my body! I have a very big tummy, I'm built in a very weird way, I have a big upper body, and my lower body is smaller, so you can understand my frustration...

Also try getting some sort of green tea, there are lots on the market right now. They are good for you and you can maybe replace all that coffee with green tea. Coffee calls for milk and sugar, so you might want to be careful.

A bit of motivation guys, our receptionist is 44, and in the beginning of Jan she weighed 104 kg!!! Today she is at 64kg! She wears tackies to work, and use the stairs instead of the lifts, she's cut out sugar completely and she says she still eats EVERYTHING SHE USED TO EAT BEFORE  but, whatever portion she dishes up, she splits it into to 2 and eats the rest 2 hours later! she looks amazing guys!!!

Hi,

I have been on Weighless for the past 6 weeks and already lost 7.6kg!

I fully recommend Weigh-less, I have much more energy by eating more often but smaller portions. Drinking 2 liters of water also helps a lot.
With weigh-less I never feel hungry, which is great!

Good luck with the rest of you on your loosing weight path!
