Hi There

My wife, Rosemarie, gained 22kg during her pregnancy. In the first 9 months after Mary-Ann was born, she lost 24kg. Today, her total weight loss is 25, with still 1kg to go to her target weight.

Her was focus is on being healthy in a natural way. Amazingly enough, the weight dropped quite easily.

Here is her stats:

Name; Rosemarie
Age: 32
Current Weight: 61kg
Height: 1.65m
BMI: ??? (not sure how to work this out)
Goal Weight: 60kg
Children: Mary-Ann - 18 months old.
Eating plan: Personalized, supplemented with Herbalife's supplements.
Exercise: Walking (not so often any more)

The before photo was taken at a Christmas family gathering, 1 month after Mary-Ann's birth. The second photo was taken when Mary-Ann was 9 months, at a friend's wedding.

pleasure, Monica! Yes, it's a whole lot of reading, lucky there's no work tomorrow, so catch up then... like I said I don't like all those other ones, WW is by far my favourite... if only I could just stop with the chocolates and the sugar.  The day after I gave birth last year, I was 84 kg   , 3 months later a lady asked me when the baby was due   I was pissed the fcuk off, as you'd imagine!!

I'm almost positive I could have reached my goal by now on ww, if it wasn't for my lack of commitment. A girl I used to work with gave birth in June last year... she started WW in Dec, and she's now she's lost over 25kg on ww but then again before she started she used to do crazy things like throw up after meals, starve herself for days on end, take a laxative every morning,i told her about WW, she joined, and started going to gym, and she has will power like you will not believe, she is one of those people who can just walk into the chocolate isle at the pick n pay and walk out without buying a single thing

Morning
Naomi - thank you so much for those emails. I have not had a chance to read them all yet.

Lagarbah - thanks for working out my BMI - looks like I am borderline though :(

natasja - 10 kgs in 6 weeks sounds cool too - I am also keen to find out more about that?
I also think that you have to be in the right frame of mind before you can diet or even try to diet....so good luck with that.

sorry no motivation from this end...... I need some myself!

Morning guys

I feel so weird this morning, I feel a bit flat today, didn't feel like eating breakfast this morning and huge bummer, I forgot my lunchbox in DH's car :( :( it was soooo yummy. guess I'll just have to settle for the crappy food at the canteen... that's if I feel like eating anything at all today.

Natasja, cheer up babe. X0X0 don't be so hard on yourself... you'll get there eventually, please tell me more about sure slim, that's mos the one with the blood tests and things? but 10kg is 6 weeks sounds sweet!!

Hi monica- I heard the weight watchers and weigh less works too. I dont have a specific eating plan but have significantly cut down the luxuries which has helped. Also smaller portions at meal times, less meat, more fish, lots more veg and fruit. Water. Hope that helps a specific little. BMI body mass index is weight divided by ur (heightxheight) worked out urs is 23.5 which within normal limits actually. I think its 19-24 is normal and 25 or above is overweight.

I have done Weigh-Less before and it works. It is more of a mind thing, especially over weekends when everyone is eating what they want.

Sure Slim I have also done and lost 10kg when my LO was 6 weeks old. Also breastfed then. Sure-Slim is just not very realistic to me. You eat so little and have to do the 5 hours in between. Very difficult for me!

Going to start WL again next week as I know it works. Just have to get the MIND over MATTER thing going.

Looked at myself today and I am actually disgusted with myself!

Please help with the motivation girls!
