Feeding your baby BLW style

Jade also loves rice. And pasta. Any type of pasta.

I wonder what it is with rice. If you preload the rice on a spoon for B she loves it so much she tries to eat the spoon, but she loves hers with a sauce and pieces of chicken!

But peas are her all time favourite, she will pick them out of a bowl of mixed veggies, those and the corn.

Don't know about the hair though. My father always says that some things develop while something else is standing still. Like she developed motor skills and language etc and no hair or teeth. Sometimes I wonder what she will look like with hair but for now it is much easier, I don't have to struggle to dry it!

B is gorgeous. I wonder when her hair is going to start growing?

Troy is so lazy. I'm doing a combo as you know but to be honest he would rather just sit there and let us shovel it in. Depending on what it is of course. Moans at us if we are too slow He'll get there though, he is trying. He managed a half a piece of pasta the other eve. Took him about 5 minutes. Loves rice though. Just plain like that.

I'm dying to see if B becomes a picky eater when she becomes a toddler. Jade would try anything but lately she is a bit of a pain. I think it's just a way of getting attention though...

Moving on

Since I know that tonight I will be cooking a nice dinner, I gave B some noodles this afternoon (not the best meal but will make up for it tonight)

Oh yes and she is eating her cheese, which she loves!

sorry but i dont think i would really try BLW mainly because off gaging and chocking i just do not feel happy and comfortable with it . You didnt have a choice B rejected a spoon my baby loves me feeding him and we bond and have a different experience. I wont say BLW is wrong but what i am doing is also not wrong...


but any way thats me ladies i am going with lientjie to drop the subject as this is also my happy place, its the only place i can put my feelings and thaughts and conect with mommies.

And I still hold my ground by saying that if she (or anyone for that matter) said that she has tried it and it didn't work then I'd have more compasion. But disagreeing with it without having tried it isn't very fair (be it on this topic or anywhere else, any other topic)
