Juandre - nice to hear from you! Sounds like you had a hectic time. I also fall asleep early - as soon as I get a bit me-time! I have to get up at 5 though, so go to bed early to get enough sleep - otherwise I am cranky!

Shame Amanda, hope you have a better day today! I hate it when the kids only take those 30 min naps - can't get anything done in that time. In my opinion it's not so difficult having 3 kids(it was a way bigger adjustment from 1 kid to 2 kids, than from 2 kids to 3) - I enjoy having 3 kids, but the thing that sometimes get to me is the small age gap between the Janu and Millay.So I think of you can properly plan at least a 3 year gap between the kids - go for it!My mother is this week staying with us, and it's sad to see that Janu(my middle boy of 21 months) will rather go to my mom when he had hurt himself than come to me. This is like this since Millay was born and my mom looked after them. I suppose I must feel relieved that he at least bond with her, but it still breaks my heart.

Taking Millay to the Paed today. She has some cold of flu, eyes are red and puffy and this morning she couldn't even open them. Sounds a bit like a croup cough as well - hopefully not!! Also her 6 month check-up.

Today I am having such an awful day. I suppose its not that bad, I just don't feel in control today. House is a mess, Dieter didn't want to nap and since this morning when Vica woke up at 5am (the whole house wakes at 5am....) she's only had 3 half hour naps! :

I have lost my cool a few times today and have shouted at them

Just yesterday I was thinking 3 kids won't be THAT bad.... I have changed my mind! lol

AT least my kids are healthy and my husband brings me tea every morning I shouldn't be complaining.

It has been a month since I had time or energy to log on... I just caught up on the chat since then.

Keira is 15 weeks now and is such a happy baby... she smiles all the time. She loves being in the arms and wants to sit up all the time, if you lie her down she cries. She is still being breatsfed and is much better with moving from bottle to breats although I only give her a bottle of expressed milk on a tues and thurs morning when I work.
McKeilagh has her first ear infection but she is such a trooper I didnt even know she was sick and only took her to the dr because we didnt like the sound of her cough.

Zel- your milk supply will have dropped bacuse Millay is eating less. To increase it- take brewers yeast tablets or some berry elixr. Also feed her more often or express more, express when she is finished a feed so that your body makes more milk.
About two weeks ago I lost my milk all together from sheer exhaustion and by taking more eglynol, drinking berry elixr and feeding more often I have managed to get it back up.

I am really battling with energy. I am so exhausted all the time. I am tired of being tired. I fall asleep sitting up at 7.30pm at night when all the kids are in bed.
I am so enjoying my girls now, Mickey is so cute and chatting up a storm at 2 years old. Shiloe got an amazing report- 3 A's and 2 C's and Keira is such a joy.

Net n vinnige updat. Sarina was gister vir haar 3 maande inspuitingtjies, sy weeg al 6,9 kg en is n volle 60cm lank, sy is al meer as dubbel haar geboorte gewig en sy eet nog nie eens pap nie. Henk is mal oor sy sussie, wil haar net vashou, drukkies gee en soen.

So nice to see all the photos of the kiddies! It looks like we have happy babies and very protective and adoring siblings.

Please help - what will increase my milk supply? Suddenly when I pump I get 50-70mls less than normally . Millay is also not drinking and eating well - don't know what the heck is going on. Her weight gain was not so good when she got her injections about 3 weeks ago, so I worry a bit now that she's not feeding so well. Suppose I will see next week when I take her to the Paed for her 6 month check-up.

All 3 kids are at home this week for school holidays - luckily my mom had lots of leave due, so she is looking after the kids. It's nice not to have to wake them up early and take them out in the cold.

Can't believe my little "Poppelops" will be 6 months already on Tuesday!!
