Cookie-thanks now Nathi is eating very well just the antibiotics giving him a runny stomach and pity i didn't take him to the dr his dad did and he just didn't care to ask his weight he just thinks its not important that's men for you.Logan was indeed born big reminds me of my daughter she was born 4 kg,he has grown so handsomely.He looks like he is enjoying his food ever since I started with the spoon Nathi looks like a mess after eating but his maid says they do it clean so the problem should be with me .Honestly speaking whoever came up with the idea that babies must start solids at 6 months really diesn't not know how a hungry baby can cry.

Amanda-thanks,I saw your comment and I appreciate your kind words.Every child is a blessing no mwtter how they came, look how amazingly grown is Vica.I was in this forum ever since just didn't post so I remember even seeing Vica's birth pics,followed her story till she was discharged and today look how beautiful she is and that pic with the broer boy oh boy they are just too adorable.I love her eyes too.

When I went into labour at 28 weeks I remember how horribly sad I felt thinking I was losing my baby. I am sure what I felt then was a drop in a bucket of water of what you felt.

Sjo, the other day we were all awaiting D-Day and now everyones babies are already eating etc. Can't believe how time flies!

Hi Ladies, hope you are all well during this cold winter.

I was sick with bronchitis last week, oh my word i felt like death and then to deal with two babies when they get home is no joke.

Carlene - Mia is absolutely gorgeous and Emma is such a cutie pie (very photogenic).

Vision - Glad Leah is starting to settle down and making your life a little easier. Must admit the phrase "This to shall pass" is so true, just a little patience and its gone.

Miss K - Nathi, is still a very good weight. Just becareful if he looses more weight or stays at a specific weight.

Chubby Chick - Wow De Wet is a big boy, well done upload some pics of those 2 gorgeous babies of yours.

Cakes - I agree with Vision, maybe Riley just went through a growth spurt.

AFU - Logan has started solids since 2 weeks ago, dr gave us a diet plan saying we must start on green veggies and then onto maltabella porridge in the 2nd week.
So Logan hates his green veggies (which i can understand, its not very sweet) gemmies, baby marrows and sweet potatoes. i had to mix them together for him to eat it. He loves his porridge though, he eats about 5 tablespoons and still looks for more. Next week we starting on orange veggies. Cant wait to see his face when we start that.

Cakes-yesterday he just started coughing so must take him to the dr again.I gave Nathi in a bottle at first,just started introducing the spoon now and he seems to like it.

Hi Ladies

I’m also back at work. This is now my third week back and it feels as if I never left. A lot of misallocations to sort out in the books. The lady, who did my work, said that I must come and sort it out when I’m back. So that is what I’ve been doing since I’m back.

I must say I’m fed-up with sick children now. First Emma had “Kroep” the beginning of winter. Then she was ok for one week and then she was sick again. Another week on antibiotics and then it was middle ear infection. And now Mia is sick.

Mia is doing great otherwise. She was 7.36kg @ 16weeks. She is not very big on the eating. But I try every second evening. I just wish that she can sleep through the night. Must add, that the last two nights she slept until 4h20, so that is much better than the 2h she used to wake up.

Not much news from me, hopefully I will have time soon to chat more.
