Hello everyone!

Nicholas Jurgen Odendaal was born yesterday morning at 7:41. Everything went perfectly and I am doing really well, in no pain whatsoever! Nips are a bit tender after figuring out the breast feeding thing, but we've got that down now. It's such an amazing experience, I don't know how to even try to explain it, but it's a whole different kind of love! Can't wait to also hear about your experiences! Willvtry to post photos in seperate post as im on my phone

We are on the last stretch ladies, can't believe how fast it has gone. I have 12 days to go! I've been as sick as a dog, sore throat from hell, the loudest wettest cough ever and now my nose is running Doc had to put me on antibiotics to get me better and rested for the big day.

Karmie, I get the same pains, walk like a cowboy when I stand up! TMI I know but things feel different down there all together, almost swollen. My hubby keeps volunteering to have a look and I keep reminding him that is how I got in this condition in the first place!!!

Robsyc, sorry to hear your gynae is being an ass, I hate it when they don't make you feel welcome, makes me so angry. This is exactly why I have been going to my gynae 4 hours away and not to my previous gynae who is only 2 hours. If you having natural maybe think about a midwife or just get an opinion from one.

I got breastfeeding spagetti tops and yoga pants for hospital. I bought pjs the last time but only wore them for a few months because I lost so much weight.
