Hello mommies
Anyone else given birth yet? I'm sure soon this room will be very quiet when all the babies are here. I'm going in for my c section next week Friday. Cnt wait. I've been at home for the whole of June running around sorting out uif which has been a nightmare. Finally submitted on Monday and nw I hv to wait another 6 weeks for feedback. Not great wen u only earning 30% salary and hubby not working.
All the best as our times is finally drawing closer.

Oh my, cant believe its just a few sleeps away then your babs is here. Im still waiting patiently for any sign that pregnancy coming to an end. I was lying in bed this morning thinking why didn't i take an extra week leave. Im so ready to just stay at home and try get a few things done. Stressing a bit about the finances and need to get my UIF sorted out, have to go get the paper work, but everything so far away from my office. I cant get anything done while at work.

Doc said everything is 100%. The placenta are showing signs of maturity but thats normal for 37weeks. Baby has not started preparing for birth and still happy clappy in her water bed. She weighed 2.68 on Friday, she a little under average but as long as she still putting on weight we are happy. We are just going to have a small baby, which im fairly comfortable with since planning normal birth.

Have you finished all you shopping and nursery?

I'm officially on leave! I have this urge to do a whole lot of things in the house but also know that I need to rest. Going in for my csection on Friday and so nervous. All I can think of is the spinal block. Urg....

Im finishing up next week Friday, but seriously considering taking two days extra leave and finishing on Wednesday. I have handed over most of my work and not doing much right now. Further still hanging in, have a scan today and think doc will do an internal scan to see if i have started dilating, so will update again over the weekend. Baby is really pushing against every painful nerve and bone she can reach, so me and her already having arguments with each other hehe.

Morning everyone

Im one of the guilty ones that just went quiet. Busy trying to finalize my studies before babs comes, but im being really lazy. Hubby trying to convince me to start taking it easy, but it feels like i cant sit still the last couple of weeks. Been prepping freezer meals for when babs is here, just to make life easier. I have 3 more weeks of work left, going off on 38 weeks. Hoping my little one will stay patient. We had a scan last week, and dr said that she is a little under average weight, but nothing to be concerned about, she will just be a little smaller then anticipated. Which is great for me when it comes to labor. She has also FINALLY turned out of breech position. She had us worried that we would have to opt for a C-Section but she turned so be are still on track for normal.

We have also finished our ante natal classes, and touring the labor ward i almost started crying i feeling so overwhelmed. Cant believe how fast time has just flown. Right now we have little over 4 weeks to go then our babs is here.

Congratulations Tintinkie on the birth of your little one. I dont know if i missed it, but did you have a boy or girl? Hope you are doing well.
