Hi Ladies!

We are not going to the expo this time, but will go in November. Then we can buy everything we don't yet have.

As for the rocking chair, I had my heart set on one this time around too, as we didn't get one with my LG's birth. And hubby put his foot down and said, if he was going to get up again for nappy changes etc, he INSISTS on a La-Z-Boy for the baby's room. Not negotiable. And it can rock too, so it serves both our purposes.

So on Mother's day, we went to the closest Rochester's and bought a dark cherry red leather La-Z-Boy. It has to be the ugliest chair I have ever seen but I agree with him, for night feeds and sick babies it will be great

Wow, well this will be my first baby expo. I will have to take some moola then! LOL! Yeah me too, I have to have a rocking chair. Then sun comes in really nice in the baby room and I can just imagine myself rocking the little bean in the sun. Man I cant wait!!

yes i went with my first. Got her furniture from there at a very affordable price. It was a cot that converts to a 3/4 bed, with a chest of drawer, all for R4000. They were discounted, such good quality furniture, we still use it to this day. its veyr tempting to buy at the expo, I will try and buy neutral stuff this time. the one thing i want the most is a rocking chair.

Yeah its a little early but hun the next one is only the end of Nov, I just figure by then we will be near full term and I dont think I will be able to handle so many people. LOL! Have you been to one of these expos before?

you are most welcome babydreaming. I want to go as well. though its so early in our pregnancies, but i think its worth attending though i wont know what gender to buy for
