Good morning ladies

@kimmy- I am doing very well actually. Blood pressure is way down to normal and baby is doing great. But unfortunately I am stuck here. My doctor said that I have minor to modirate pre-eclampsia but he doesn't want to take any chances. Apparently it can change anytime. So they can basically roll me in for the c-section at anytime all depends on my vitals. So 4th day in hospital today and counting.

Oh my doctor dropped a bombshell this morning telling me that he is going to france on the 16th of october. I will be 35 weeks then and he will only be back when I am 37 weeks. Not sure how I should feel. But I feel a little let down to say the least. I understand that doctors also have to take time off now and then but at least try and book it around your patients. Ok so he didn't now that I was going to end up with pre-eclampsia but still I am very close to my scheduled c sec. Anyway won't help to get all worked up. Just wished things turned out differently. I have not even finished babies room, I haven't washed babies bedding and there is some clothes I still needed to wash and just alot of small things that I wanted sorted before I came to hospital. Hubby is doing everything he can to help but I would hve prefer doing things myself. To bad my mother and mother in law is in Cape town.

I was so distraught yesterday and with all the hormones I just broke into tears after seeing the doctor this morning.

Oh well enough complaints.

Kimmy I think you just lucky like me then, just means we eating what baby wants and baby just happens to be lying in the correct position for us to not be suffering like poor Louise!

Juanita I actually am glad all the stress is over can focus now on the next big event birth of Lb.

PP you sure your on maternity leave?? Sounds like your still working?? As for baby oil, i dont use it at all, never liked the way it made Leandi feel all slippery when i took her out the bath! Just made me feel like I couldn't hang onto her!
Not been sleeping much either, and my feet are so bad after this busy weekend:/ really hope i get some decent zzzz's in tonight! New temp starting tomorrow and Leandi going with me to work so going to be a busy week!!!

Gosh... I wish I can have a loose stool! Had to go to Clicks this morning for some Anusol suppositories and a pain relief ointment

Urgh...my LG has sunstroke from yesterday's swimming & playing... luckily she's not throwing up anymore, but I forgot how tiring a puking child can be! Hope it doesn't linger too long
