@ MtC, argh interfering in laws

What formula did you eventually settle on? Rosalie also sits for a few seconds but only if i put her in the sitting position otherwise will not try to sit on her own.
@ Maj, lol, brave hmm maybe I don't know what I am getting myself into

As for the sleep training Rosalie always slept well during the night but the day was another story. Sometimes at the most she would nap 1h30 min in total for the day but most days it was just 30 min. So we moved her into her own cot in our room, took away the rocking to sleep the dummy and mobile. We also made a schedule and have made her wake time 2-2.5h. It has really worked but wish she would sleep a consistent 1 hour naps. Its so adorable when the roll and flip hey!
@ Sons, Rosalie also sleeps for mostly 30 minute naps as their sleep cycle is 30-45min and they have not learnt to connect the cycles yet or so I have heard. She also is too big for the moses basket as well. I can only imagine how you felt

I don't think I will be able to have her in her own room, although like you said will most probably sleep better

I think if I was younger we would wait a few years but my clock is ticking

Do you also poach your apples first or do you buy the Purity ones?
@ SVD, My one slept on my chest for three months and then in between us in the bed, we have moved her to her own cot in our room at 5 months. I miss her next to me

I have heard conflicting things about amber beads must mostly that it does work. I read somewhere that it can also be hazardous as if too loose a arm or hand can slip through. I have decided not to give amber beads but have been using Calpol, a cold wet facecloth and teething rings. Might try some frozen fruit like banana in the next week or so. Has your son gotten teeth yet?
AFM, Rosalie is really got itchy and painful gums and can't wait for the teeth to come through. She flips and rolls from both sides and does a leg crawl movement but doesn't move anywhere. I have been training her from birth to say ma ma mama

but two weeks ago she said dadada, kind of upset

but I have heard that saying dada is easier than mama... yip keep telling myself that
