@ sonsbaby, the milk prob gets harder to express with the stress of the day, once you are rested it seems to flow more.
if you feel he is in pain, go see the dr. My suggestion would be try the rooibos and prunes first.
Rooibos: any brand would do, personally I feel the "baby" rooibos is just a gimmick. We use freshpak, but if you can get an organic brand, get that. Make it as normal, should be a reddish. Town, not too dark as you are not adding sweetener or milk, so a bit of flavour but not strong.
The prunes: stew them or soak them in boiling water overnight and then purée. I'm not a fan of prunes, but my sister says it works great on her 2 yr old.
@jaybee, how did they do the sleep training?
Naseeha likes sleeping in her cot, but the cot is next to the bed, like a co-sleeper so it's an extension of the bed. She doesn't like sleeping snuggled next to me. My elder daughter however used to climb over me, and sleep squashed between us until she was 2!!
Regarding the meals: I give my Naseeha some fruit, and lunch and dinner is veg. I gave her all the veg separate. After about 3/4 servings, I have started mixing the types. But I make about 4/5 servings of the veg and freeze it.
Wow JB, you are brave! I am glad we have a 4 year gap! My sister is 38, and expecting no. 2 in Dec. but her elder daughter is a handful at 2. Hopefully Rosalie is easy going.
@mtc, I know what you mean!! Naseeha just wants to be carried! And for 2 nights, wakes at 4am needs to be walked and rocked and then wants to sleep in my arms, sobs if I put her down!
7 types of formula! Gosh that must have been frustrating. Glad you finally found something that works!
I can only imagine what it must be like with your inlaws! Maybe make special time for the girls with your inlaws, and you do something for you in that time! Go for a walk, a bath, meditate, play a game on your phone alone in the room! Maybe they feel you are overlooking, and they sorta do things to aggravate you!
AFM, Naseeha flipped from her tummy to back, and back to tummy yesterday!!
