Hi ladies, yip... my boep is booming Had our 28 week scan today and she is weighing in at 1.38kg... biiig girl! All going well. Got to do a glucose test - have any of you ladies done it?

Next scan in 2 weeks... eek... can’t believe it’s gone so quickly!!

Jooste, don't worry I am also getting bigger by the day, and I don't even want to talk about the weight gain. anyway will loose it again after.
The 4d went well, he didn't want to show his face perfectly but we still got a few pics.
The lady giving antenatal classes is not available to doula for me so she will give me recommendations when I see her tonight.

We will start with the room over the weekend...although I have an inclination that my stork tea is going to happen over the weekend. DH seems all funny about Saturday and told me to keep it "open". Hmmmm...

How did your 4D go? Pics?
I need to have a scheduled C-section - so doula will be pointless in my case. But, if I had other options - I would have opted for a midwife and doula and tried for a natural birth. Do you have someone in mind?

Congrats !!!! You so deserve a smooth ride now. Please pop in from time to time to let us know how you are doing. I've seen on the other thread that you went for a quick scan and that you could see the sac. That is awesome news!!

Jooste, little guy is also every busy, he is moving around alot. We have started getting room ready, but still far from being done.You little one is also nice and big.

What do you guys think of a doula? yes or no? and why.

We are going for 4d scan on Saturday, cant wait, will post some pics.

Thank you for thinking of me. yes there are good days and bad days and somehow only we know of them. to the rest of the world,life is as normal as can be!
we were not actively TTC bt not on any contraceptive. I did a preg test on Saturday and it was positive. i am on a 30 day cycle and Saturday was CD27! i felt weird... took the test and it showed negative. i put it away and about 30 mins later i had achy boobs. i looked in the mirror to see a spider web of veins and new something was up. went back to the test and saw a faint positive. its dark enough to def see it easily but not as dark as the indicator line. i then did a clearblu digi and its positive 1-2 weeks preg. as you know i am SOOOOO scared. I'm surprised i got a positive so early tho an habe symptoms. first for me..

So great to hear from you. Have been thinking of you many times and wondering how you are doing. Having been through what you have been - I know that there are better days full of hope and very sad days full of absolute desperate cries as to why this has happened. I really believe that you will be pregnant again soon. Are you TTC again?

All going well my side. We have been away for a couple of days and hence missing my scan with the fetal specialist. We did go for quick scan at the local doctor in our town to get the green light to travel and M-M was rocking in at just over 1kg at 26w6days. I guess she is well over 1kg by now. She is moving a lot and I do not want for this pregnancy to be finished. I am excited to meet her, but I also feel so happy to just be pregnant and it is going by way to fast for me. We have not started with her room yet. First need to move Mr. M out of his room so that I can revamp that space into the nursery.
