@ Sparky, You must be relieved that your scan went well and with such a nice strong heartbeat. Girl maybe :)

@ Reece, how is the nausea? I also have this thirst but for lemon water..maybe it reminds me of a Savanah, lol

AFM, really getting impatient about my 8w scan on the 2 Feb. Had a terrible dream that I miscarried last night and it really has upset me. I don't feel pregnant and I think that's what is bothering me. I know that it is all in God's hands and what will be will be and I just need to relax and enjoy this time.

Thank you ladies!

@Reese25 yes she did, but I'm trying to brave it out for now. Yes it is, had miscarriage Oct 2016. At this stage just hoping for a healthy baby!

@Chanti it is pretty amazing, especially when you hear the heart beat and you think, wow, I made this

I so agree with your last sentence.
I had a dream last night that we found out we were having another 2 girls. I was disappointed, but not feeling too bad about it. I was feeling more scared of hubby's reaction and what people would say as they always mock him and I hate it.
This morning when I woke up I was feeling down and sad, and then I decided I will not let anything get me down. I have faith that God will give me what I need and I know He will bless us with a boy if it is in His will.

I will keep the Faith!

@Reese - I am also very thankful for this group!!! Nobody understands like the ladies on here! Ah that makes sense then with the scan, such a long wait though which is bleak. I'm also always thirsty! Which doesnt help the bladder of course... I have quite a few baby things that were given to me for my pregnancy so I unpacked them on the weekend, I will soon bring the compactum out from storage and then pack the things into there. Hubby was surprised when he saw that I had hidden all of the baby things away after my mc, he thought I had thrown it all out and was too scared to ask! I love the cloth nappies and as soon as my favourite supplier gets new prints in the next few days I am going to treat myself to a nappy or two. I refuse to let fear and doubt consume during these scary few weeks.

@Chanti - I'm sure there must be some way to edit it. But otherwise we can just invite whoever is due in those months.

It's so awesome to have you ladies here on this journey. I don't know how I would've made it. There are just some things I cannot tell my hubby or my mom. So it makes me feel so much better to know that I can have my moods swings and emotion swings here and you understand.

Since yesterday's appointment I am so excited for the babies. Still very scared, but I am looking forward to meeting them. I just want to start with the nursery and buying baby items!
@Chanti, I found out from another twin mommy (one of my friends) that they did the quadruple screening test at 20 weeks with her as well and not the 12 week one. Apparently it has to be done by a MFM.
I will still be going for my 4D scan next week and they will also just do a thorough check on the babies. So now I'm counting down the sleeps until then.

I also struggle with keeping tummy regular. It's not easy, but luckily I am always thirsty so I drink a lot of water.
