Morning ladies, hope everyone had a good night. My son decided to let me sleep last night which was kind of him

he is very much mommy's boy and does not want my husband at all at night, so it always falls on me. He was up for hours on Tue night, of course I had to start working on Wednesday so it was a rough day to say the least! He only went to sleep after 8 last night (he is in bed by 7 or just after) but at least he did sleep.
@Chanti - yes agreed, it will be very hard for my cousin to watch me progress, this is why I hope they decide to try again soon. She didnt have to have a D&C, they were able to get all the tissue to come down with some meds. I am trying to keep my distance while still showing support for that exact reason. We will see them in a couple of weeks time at her sister's daughters birthday party, so hoping things have settled a bit by then - not saying that they should be over it by then, more that there is a bit more peace in their hearts by then, dont think you would ever get over something like that. My heart absolutely goes out to every single woman who has lost a child in pregnancy or after birth, I just think that would have to be the most horrible thing to live through. I had a friend who worked in a lab with embrio's and she always told us if we only knew how many things can go wrong during conception and (unfortunately) pregnancy, we would know that every single child that is born normally is an absolute miracle from God and should be treated as such, but I think b/c we see it so frequently, we just take it for granted.
Anyway, some happy thoughts - i have had 2 days and one morning (so far) with no vimiting! whoo-hooo! Got to count those small wins
@Jay - my first two pregnancies were COMPLETELY different, as in light years, and both were boys, we were convinced with my 2nd that it was a girl, everyone around us was convinced b/c my pregnancy was so different, and he is all boy! Maybe you will be different from me, that is my experience.
What are you guys "feeling" your babies are? I am really scared to feel either way. I had really bad gender dissappointment with my 2nd (i know we should just be happy that the baby is healthy, but trust me, you really cant help how you feel) and was in a really bad head space for most of my pregnancy, I loved him from the second I saw him and he has been mommy's boy from that moment, but it was really just so difficult for me during my pregnancy. Anyway, so b/c of that I am really scared to feel either way. This is our last baby, either way, we will not have another, we really hope its a girl, but we would love a boy just as much as we love our boys now, I think it would just be the adjustment to the knowledge that I would never have a girl that would take some time.
Anyway, so many things going through my head...hope you guys have a lovely day
