Hi ladies, I just got my BFP and am about 5 weeks and going for my blood test on Monday. According to my calculations I should be due in early September. Can I join this forum as don't think that there is a September group or should I wait till my 8 week scan?

Hey ladies!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and that this new year is a blessed one :)

So I had my 10 week scan today and baby is looking really good! I have been put onto baby aspirin because of my previous miscarriage and fertility history. It will hopefully just help any possible issues that may affect the placenta, etc but other than that things are good!!

How are you ladies doing?? How did the scans go???

@Carien - Argh so sorry hun, atleast every day is another step closer to the second trimester! Nice of hubby to help you out a bit with the kids. I felt really good over the weekend actually, such a relief. Today the nausea is back though  Ah did you get a nice plan from the dietician? I can't wait to hear about your scan :woohoo: My next scan is the 3rd, so just over 2 weeks from now, it will be with my new gynae as the specialist can't take me on for my whole pregnancy, he only goes up to 12 weeks.

Hey Ladies,

I'm doing as well as can be expected :) I am really tired and the food aversion thing is challenging. I was actually in tears on Friday afternoon because I was just so tired and feeling like crap. My husband was really great and managed the kids for dinner so that gave me some chance to just rest a bit. I took a bit of a nap on Saturday afternoon which helped, generally I struggle to sleep during the day, but I did fall asleep and felt a little more refreshed after. We went to a nice xmas market with some friends in the afternoon.

Nothing really news with me other than that. I went to see a dietician last week to help me figure out what to eat during this pregnancy, hoping it helps me feel better and just be in an overall better state for this pregnancy. I was in a really bad space with my 2nd pregnancy, I felt like crap, I was not active, I didnt eat right and my head was not right either. I cant do that again, so eating right and staying active I think are the first two steps to having a better pregnancy.

This week I have my doc apt on Wednesday, hoping to see JUST ONE happy healthy beating heart. Not sure how we would handle it if there were were more than one, but we will cross that bridge if we get there. In the mean time I just hope to feel better!

@Reese - waiting with baited breath to hear how your scan went??
@Chanti - when do you have to see the doc again? How are you feeling otherwise?
