ster - i agree with vix. just go up one more scoop with the relevent water increase. inge will stop drinking when she is done. would be interesting to know how much my madam is drinking - she is 3hr around the clock. i should rename her to "3-hrs" it makes me really tired. the one part of breastfeeding i totally dislike is that ealry morning feed around 3am - i cannot keep my eyes open. breastfeeding is extremely tiring. i need to get up and make tea to try wake up a bit. don;t dig it.

anyway, i got an angelcare montor to try for a few days. got a scare reading vix's post about jono the other week. not cool. and also, it is incredibly hot here, so overheating is a problem.

Ster- i say up Inge's feeds! The tweenies are on 90ml and 110ml every 3-4hrs so i'm sure Inge can take more. You know they're not supposed to finish a bottle, always make sure she drinks till she's had enough but there's about 10ml left. So if she's finishing 100ml flat then yp one scoop plus the water whatever amount that is 25/30ml. if she drinks that flat every time then up again until eventually she always leaves a little bit.

Sorry for being MIA - with MIL here I did not had a lot of time to go on the internet but she left on Saturday and now I have more time on my hands.

My maid started today - HOORRAY!!!!!!!!!! My house already looks better.

My folks are arriving Wednesday - don't know who is more excited - me or my folks.

Inge is doing well - she still feed every 3 hours but her 10:00 bottle last night was 100ml and she slept for almost 5 hours

I will do personals a bit later - Madam is hungry

Hi! Sorry for being MIA! I have no idea where the hours fly to in the day!

I can't believe Kade is 4 weeks old tomorrow! Our days are good but he fights his sleep so much! He's awake so much more now its scary. He was awake yesterday am from 8-12pm then slept on and off and fed ok. Woke up at 6pm and I only got him back to sleep at 10pm! Argh! He wakes up at 1am every morning and moans and groans so loudly there's no way we can sleep! Normally settles down around 5/6am again! Nights are a killer!
I'm sure its not normal for them to be awake for so long at this stage??

I've also been wondering about stimulation! It looks like he gets bored abd especially because he's awake for so long now! Tiring!!!

He needs to feed again so I'll try and do personals later!

Lizelle - this heat has been terrible!! I also don't recognise my feet and walking gets uncomfortbale.

I have had no energy the yesterday and feel the same today, heavt breathing and tired. Slept badly last night with hip and knee pain, also have headaches again. Not to mention the relfux!!!! Will be 34 weeks tomorrow, 6 weeks left or 4 and few days if she doesn't turn. I must still sort out the nursery, buy toiletries and the car seat. I will only get the furniture next week, thay are still being made.

Mina - are you still hanging in there, or has LO made their appearance?

Hi Ladies.

I'm back from my holiday. It was so nice, even if the weather wasn’t so great. But it’s nice to be back in my own house.

Had a very busy weekend that consists of unpacking & doing all the washing. But everything is in its place now & I can start the week clean & fresh.

How has everybody being doing? And who has their baby’s already? I haven’t had time to read all the posts because there are almost 300 posts.

Only 5 more weeks for me to go & I still feel great. Hope it still stays this way.
