thanks Chris. Sorry about your boss being such a pain. As the others have said, at the end of the day do what is right for yourself and your babies.

I tried to also shave down there before we went to Sun City but I ended up cutting myself alittle and got so scared when I saw alittle blood, that I stopped. I will just get DH to help trim it short, then let the nurses at the hospital do it for me. They did it the last time and it wasn't so bad.

I am so bored right now. Not much work to do at work. I don't really want to ask for more work, so I am just trying to keep myself busy.

Asp, I also cant believe it, 30w for some already!

I also bought bra's from woolies, were the best thing and very comfy, the maternity bras however, i didn't find any comfortable ones, the strap around the back just seem sso tight, so I just got a bigger size overall, might of wasted my money but I will see, I have kept the slips for everything anyway.

Chan, i also go for monthly waxes and like to make sure its trimmed there, lol, they have already said to me that when I go again they are going to do brazillian, well probably basically less than that, lol, I just said to them thank goodness my belly is in the way and I cant see, I know when my sister went before she had her baby, she couldn't see what they did and when she got home she got a fright as they had "cleaned" quite a bit! lol.

MommyN, lol with the 4th child.

Suriya, please take it easy too.

Chris, you must please take it easy. I am one of those persons who believes the aches and pains are a warning sign from our bodies. Like Vix also mentioned, putting her feet up and not doing as much as normal, relieved some of the pain. Bugger the boss, company etc and look after yourself and your babies. I also use to be a "work - alholic" but ever since I became pregnant the first time round, I couldn't care less. I don't get paid any maternity leave, and last time I did work from home. But I got burnt and now I just won't. Or I'll do it with rediculous (spelling) terms and see what my boss says.

As for the cutting (hie-hie). What I did last time was use HUGE amounts of VEET a few times untill I was more or less decent down there. But yes, when push comes to show, you don't really care who does what to you, as long as you get the babies out and someones stops the pain

I am still doing good (especially compared to you multiple mommies), but I am in my 2 weeks of sleeping badly (I have 2 good weeks and 2 bad weeks...) Unfortunately I am also getting bigger stil, but hey, I am use to it by now. Wanted to get some new tops, but nothing fits right. And had to return bras 4 times to 4 different places before finally getting 2 that fit nicely and have some room for future growing. (Got them from Woolies)

Can't believe some of us are already at the 30 weeks mark. AMAZING!

Chris you just cracked me up with your "lady" episode!! Thank you so much - I needed a good chuckle!! I go for a wax once a month but still need to trim the rest and it's a freaking mission now! Rather try DH's shears - I use my electric razor so I can't hurt myself!

Your boss sounds something like mine - a real pain in the ass!

Sounds like we're all starting to take strain now!

Vix what time is your appointment?

aaah Chris, poor you! I really feel for you! Its wonderful that you are staying positive though and that DH is supporting you - you'll have to let others do more for you. Its only for a little longer.

Stay positive, it willl really help! You are doing such a fantastic job!

Good luck for work - I would tell them where to get off to! Just relax and take it easy at work! Hope your boss changes his attitude though!

Hope you have your baby shower tomorrow.

I was laughing about the trimming! Its NOT easy trying to use a mirrow - really scary if you ask me! I gave up towards the end, and let the hospital do me - on the day it was the least of my worries!

Yes, the laughing and crying will help - its all emotions and a huge build up! Maybe some Rescue drops will help you from time to time?

Sterretjie - love it! I hate to imagine with a fourth child - they just bring themselves up I guess. LOL

Maryke - hang in there!

Its really dark and grey now.... ooooh, pancakes....

Morning Ladies!

Ladies, I'm not coping so much anymore, I am sore, have pains here and there and I get a little paranoid then, I think I just push myself too much and try not complain. I am very uncomfotable. I start getting sore from about lunch time, but iv been sore since yesterday and still sore, went to bed sore, woke up sore. I couldn't get into any comfortable position, sitting, standing or lying, I think the only reason why I manage lying is because I fall asleep, but to find a position that is 'ok'. DH says he is jealous, I half lie down and put my dinner plate on my tummy, he says he also wants a table rest, lol.

I went to speak to my boss yesterday about working half day next week, which he agreed on, but he really pi$$ed me off, as I know no company is entitled to pay you while you on maternity leave (he has paid every other girl here, which the previous one made him aware of as he wasn't going to pay her), they pay half our salary, anyway, I had said that if I am able to, I will work from home (while on bedrest), he told me yesterday that because they are paying half my salary I am expected to do half my work while on maternity leave, WTH??? No, Im not entitled to do my work because the other girls never did any work, I am using my own internet and bandwith and not gettign compensated for that, I shouldn't have to be entitled to work? Its just the principle that gets to me, he didn't have to say that as I said I would work, been a dumbass loyal employee and I keep my mouth shut, dh said I should tell him to keep his money and not pay me and I wont do any work. Then I tell him that the dr wants me to start bedrest from about 26-28w and that I am starting to take strain, can I work half day next week (which dr said from 26w anyway), Im still offering to work half freaking day! I said that I wasn't sure when t oput maternity leave on my UIF forms, he said that it must be from my bedrest date as regardless if its taken pre/post/during, its all considered maternity leave, bedrest comes off sick leave, not maternity leave!! He really just gets my blood boiling as he doesn't think about his staff here, this year we have had about 8 admin staff resign and there are still more that I know of and he doesn't. Really. Anyway, thats my rant for the day. Maybe thats why I was more sore.

I 'think' my work baby shower is tomorrow, Iv been asked what do I really need and when I come up the stairs I here "shh, shh", lol, its funny, maybe Ill be able to get some stuff sorted.

I have really lost my mind! I keep forgettign everything, I cant remember where I put things and all that, gosh, its quite bad.

We have a domestic helper 1 or 2 a week, she came yesterday and I had asked her to wash my slippers so I could pack them in my hospital bag, when I got home I went to look for them to bring it inside cos of the rain, needless to say I found them back in my cupboard just with the dust brushed off, I was so irritated and peeved as I wanted to pack my bag last night, I landed up washing them myself.

So Last night I was irritated but was fine, think it was just a build up, (ok, here comes tmi, lol) I had to trim my lady as I have not been able to do so, and I normally would do it with scissors, I sat with a mirror and I was doing ok, for a little while..... until I cut myself, sitting with tissue there to stop the bleeding I called dh and I was laughing so much and cried at the same time, I think the laugh just helped to relieve some tension, dh wasn't impressed and very cross with me for trying to do it as I cant see anything!! My judgement obviously sucks with the mirror! :) Ahh it was so funny, he landed up trimming for me and said I must just use his shears next time, im still laughing thinking about it.

Anyway I clearly do NOT want to do any work today as I am typing an essay here, lol, sorry ladies.

Sterretjie, that is very cute, I chuckle every time I read that! :)

Hope to chat to you all some time today ;)

Hi Ladies, how are you all doing?

Sterretjie - That was so good, I need a good laugh. It is actually so true as well.

Vix, Maryke & Chris - I really admire you guys, I honestly don't know I would copy carrying more than one baby. I am battling already with this one. I hope and pray that all of you make it to atleast 36 weeks, that way your babies shouldn't end up in NICU.

AFM - I don't think I am going to manage to work much longer. The driving to work and back home again is really tiring me out. I was originally supposed to go on maternity leave from the 1st Dec but I am going to ask my manager if I can start it from the 15th Nov instead.

I just need a few more items for my hospital bags, then I am all set. Oh still need to wash little one clothes but will do that when I start maternity leave.

Vix - I would love to join you guys this time. Will confirm closer to the time.
