Hi ladies

@LisaMck CONGRATULATIONS, wishing you and baba all things awesome from here on going forth.

@maj my chair is also killing me. Thursday couldn't get here quick enough, (my last day at work, whoop whoop).

I had a very relaxing weekend, watched a whole lot of cricket with the hubstar.

Hi Ladies

So I havent been on here in ages. Life has just been so hectic trainig up temp worker, home renovations and prepping for baby.

I finished up work on Thursday the 24th, as my LG was due to be delivered on 05 April.
I went straight from work for my 37 weeks appointment and found out that babys heart beat was too high and in fetal distress as the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck. Needless to say we went straight into an emergency csection.

My little Skylah was born at 2.50pm weighing in at 2.94kg. It was been an wonderful experience from start to finish with the most amazing doctors and nursing staff. I was expecting things to be way more traumatising and painful but it wasnt :)

We have been home since Sunday and loving every minute so far.

Hope you ladies have a wonderful last few weeks of pregnancy before your little ones arrive.

@Sonsbaby, I am also in agreement regarding morning meditation, I'd never beable to get out of bed!
Regarding the hypnobirthing rainbow relaxation: I could not figure out why it was called "rainbow" for soo long!! haha!
hubby usually gets me up, and tells me that the track is on repeat and playing again!! but apparently one is not falling asleep, you are in such a deep rest!!

I developed asthma from about 16 weeks!! I have a predesposiion to Asthma, and a long family history of it. So now I always have a pump with me, just in case. Funny enough, it seems to have eased in my 3rd trimester!
But the steam bath really does help with the sinus and asthma. My problem is my BP drops so badly if i have a hot shower or bath! So I have luke warm showers everyday :(
I use a "steam bowl" to help the sinuses.

@licious, i struggle to remember from 4 years back, so I can only imagine trying to remember 11 years back!
i find my yoga/exercise ball the most comfortable! Ill even sit on a stool rather than a chair!

ohhh Maj my chair too its so uncomfortable...you know honestly most of the things that happened when I was pregnant with my daughter I cant remember them. The sister from clinic said its because I was young back then.

@Sonsbaby hahahahahahaha :cheer: meditation helps me to prepare for the day. Asthma  that must be scary I am glad it didn't last long.
