@ Maj, lol, I really hope my boep pops out soon, but it feels so big already :) I only bought some nappies and a bra. The kiddies mustve loved Barney I am sure. Good luck with the scan, it must be so exciting to see your baby! Holding thumbs that all goes smoothly telling your manager but I am sure it will. I am dreading it to and will be telling my boss in December before I go on leave. Glad the tiredness is improving.

@ Blou, you probably can't wait till the conferences are over. Yes going away would be lovely but so close to December and the prices sky rocket. Ooh so exciting to hear for sure the gender, and you are right. Announce the gender on your own time.

Hi ladies,

I am still here, we are in our last week of conferences at work so after this Saturday we are done! I can't wait to have some time to rest again, we have these conferences every year but it is a different ballgame when you are pregnant!

I have been feeling a bit off and very tired, but I am sure that will get better from next week, hubby and I are trying to see if we can have a weekend getaway somewhere, but eish everything is so expensive!

We have our 17 week scan on Thursday, so looking forward to that and confirming the gender, she said boy last time when we were there for 12 week scan, but she was only 60% sure so we will see. Just hope everybody gives us space to make the announcement in our own way and time, because everybody keeps asking about the gender. I will post a photo of the scan as soon as I can, because Thursday, Friday and Saturday are going to be hectic. :silly:

I had a very small bit of brown discharge last night, but I am not too worried, have not had any today so I am sure everything is fine, and luckily we are seeing the gynae on Thursday.

Can't wait for the baby expo! We will probably take leave and go on the first day

May you all have a wonderful week!

@Jay-Bee01, you are tiny!!!!!

the expo was tiring! and hubby came with, which i wasnt expecting, but I think he came along so I wouldn't spend too much!
But my daughter loooved the Barney show, she says she is going back tomorrow!!
Did not buy too much though, finally bought something for the new baby. And got some creams, and shampoos for my daughter.

I have my 12.something week scan today! hoping I can convince my gynea that I dont need to come again in 4 weeks time if all looks good.
Boobs are still sore, nausea still comes and goes, irritation is still there, so is the constant hunger, tiredness seems to be improving a little though.
My boep is definitely a boep. I cant hide it under my loose tops anymore!!
So after my app today, I have to tell my manager. Im dreading it. Not sure why, as I know everyone will be happy for me and really supportive.

@ Gib, congrats on your baby girl! You must be over the moon with excitement.

@ Dessie, the Baby expo was great and bought a few things and their hot chocolate was to die for. Did you also go?

@ MtC, tell me about it, I spend more time on the loo than anything else :P. I don't have tender bb's anymore and seems like my bloatness has left well for today at least. When is your next scan?

How is everyone else doing? Ninies, Blou, Maj all all the others?

AFM, besides been tired and bathroom breaks I have no symptoms really and going for my 4D scan next week Tuesday and I will be 13w1d so holding thumbs that we will find out the gender.

Thats me yesterday at 12weeks :)

Gib welcome to the pink club :)

Thanks MomtoChloe. Cancer is a horrible disease, wish they could just find a cure for it.

Have a happy weekend and hope all the CT ladies will be at the expo!

Gib, what an awesome picture! And congratulations on your little girl...

Dessie, I'm so sorry to hear about your father in law... Not a nice time to lose anyone close.. Strength to you and the family during this time...

AFM, not much to report, 9 weeks and 1 day... Feeling good apart from the many look trips... Still constantly eating, boobs are still very tender...

Hope you all have a wonderful Friday!!!
