funny enough I was starting to think I took too long to have a second babe.

I just love the baby bump photos. :) I am going to take mine on Sunday when I will be 12 weeks but I really do have a boep already.

How are you ladies planning to stay cool this Summer? Its boiling in Cpt and I am looking for some maxi type dresses and shorts. Also going to start making smoothies and really loving cubes of ice cold watermelon.

@ licious, does the pain come and go or is it constant? This is my first pregnancy and I call my Gynae's office often asking if my aches and pains are normal. All of the times I get an answer that if the pain is not severe, constant or with spotting/bleeding then its completely normal. Maybe call up your gynae just to give yourself piece of mind.

@LisaMcK, I wish I was your 14 week size even when I am not pregnant!! :silly:
But i dont think you have anything to worry about! Have you asked your dr?

@ licious, you should definitely get the pain checked out! It doesnt sound right to me, but perhaps one of the other ladies have experienced similar.

Good Afternoon ladies

Hope you are all well.

Two things for me, I think my babe bump its just too big for 12 weeks but what can I say nature is taking its cause...

secondly a have this pain on my pubic bone, has any of you suffered from that. I am hoping the pain will disappear in my 2nd trimester

but overall everything its fine.

Hello Ladies

I am glad the bump topic came up - before I fell pregnant I weighed approx. 48kg, to date I am 49.6kg.

I am a part time contemporary dancer so my flat stomach disappeared very quickly :(

My bump is growing quickly and my Mom says I look like I should be at least 2 weeks further along that what my dr. says.

Today I am 15w, 3 days but in the pic below I am 14w3days...

(This is my first baby)

@MomToChloe, aaw sweet bump!! And nice pic
Mine looks similar, but I had a bit of a tummy before I fell pregnant.
I asked hubby to take a pic of the bump. Gosh I look so awful! I dont wanna ask him to take another pic!

My weights also been fluctuating! This morning I was 62.8kg. Before I fell pregnant I was about 61-ish. 2 weeks ago, I was almost 64kgs! Thats what they have at the gynea.
But there is alot of factors which effect weight. You should try and wear the same clothes, weigh yourself at about the same time of day, etc. I tend to like weighing myself after my morning shower and with only underwear on. Another factor is constipation! you can have variances of 2kgs!

My mood was so crazy yesterday! i was irritated with hubby and my daughter for the better part of the day. Everything they did pissed me off!! And by the evening I was very overwhelmed and feeling sorry for myself!

@ MtC, lol it is possible but maybe it is water retention, not sure ;) When I found out I was pregnant I weighed 65.7kg and weighed myself this morning and now weigh 63.1kg :) We went to the flea market yesterday and I ate so many mini pies, pancakes and oddly enough have been craving a glass or two of coke which I never drink.

I asked my gynae last week if it was fine that I am not gaining weight and he said all good. I was thinking that I loved my wine and used to have a glass or two every night while cooking and obviously now don't touch the stuff. Maybe I am loosing some weight as not drinking the extra useless kilojoules?

Are you craving certain foods?
