I had a bit of a breakdown the other night about my body - burst into tears while in bed and woke DH up, so pls give me more info on your 'torture sessions' (what it's called, what is entails, how much, how many sessions, where you had it done etc etc etc PLEASE! )

babyzee - thanks. he was much better last night. Woke at 3 because his nappy leaked and slept on until 8am! what a difference.

Pinkmommy - I really hope everything works out with your mom's back. I am also so shocked about kids being allowed to roam in a mall at night alone... There are too many sick and crazy people out there!

Evan's schedule is still pretty much the same.

wake up (btwn 5-7am) : 210ml milk
8:30 am : Cereal
10:30 am : snack (yogurt or a biscuit)
210ml milk
12:30 pm : Veggies
15:00 pm : snack (yogurt or fruit)
210ml milk
18:00 pm : Veggie+Protein
210ml milk

** Evan doesnt always drink all his milk and he drinks water throughout the day.

Pinkmommy - so very sorry about your mom! and going to the Sa's alone is going to be a little harsh, but youll get through it Will keep my fingers and toes crossed for your mom to get better though

I cant believe some people let their kids roam... in this day and age it is so dangerous. but the worst i guess is knowing you cant do a thing about it so sorry!

Thanks KerryA i think i will drop a feed Fayaz is eating too much maybe the 4p.m fruit and just alternate one day food for lunch and one day fruit.

Cols i hope Evan is feeling much better and back to his old self, Fayaz also has white gums and want to bite on everything, hopefully their toofies will be out soon

My first Csec was totally fine this time around i dont know whats going on, i called the gynae today and they told me the next time i could see him was june Yikes thats like two months away so i explained the situation and i was given an appointment for Thursday morning and because i did not have a previous appointment they will treat it as an emergency which means i have to pay for the emergency


12yr old in a mall at night unsupervised in this day and age

Iz's toofie snuck up on us! Yesterday I felt something in her mouth, but upon investgating, felt nothing. This morning she put my finger in her mouth and true as nuts there it was! We officially joined the toofie crew! Bit sad to loose my gumbekkie.

Girly, we do like to hear the technical detail!

KerryA I get the DH bit! Yesterday after swimming with Iz we all were paste, so Iz hit a pass out on the duvet, and DH on the couch, so I snuck off to the room, to catch a peacefull snooze. Cause I wake up every time Iz moves! Yeah right! I had to run from the room to settle her when she cried! DH didn't even miss a snore when she cried next to him and I woke up from the bedroom!!!!

Iz absolutely loves the pool! We spent about an hour in the water yesterday.

I'm feeding Iz in her walking ring. She's not a fan of her Bumbo, sat in it all of 3 times.

Just took my mom for a pain injection for her back. The painblock they put in did not work at all. Her back was better for a bit, but looks like it's taking a turn for the worse now. I can't have that!!!!!! At this rate, we won't be able to travel in the car for such a long distance. Back to square 1, going to SA's alone. Please pray with me she gets better!

Went for my last torture session today. Lost 20cm in total. Back to good old TaeBo from tomorow.

Charnenay, nunu mamma!

So sumone deciced my 12 year old girl is old enough to go to the movies alone with her 2 friends and walk around in our mall on saturday night!!!!!!!!! Need I say more? I don't think the English language have enough words to describe how little I think of some peoples parenting and brain capacity!

Gotto run, have to drop Grace off at art classes.

It think the teeth are on their way Evan's gums are white, he is restless and chewing on everything and crying and being very very unhappy. He finishes his antibiotics today. He was throwing up last night (twice ). And his tummy is still upset from the AB.

Barry also sleeps through normally - except last night cos we had Evan in his camp cot in our room. Oh man, I do not know how people manage to sleep with LO in the room. I heard every move he made. Every time him moaned or his breathing was soft I was up checking on him. Barry also gets Evan in the mornings when I'm too tired. Very sweet of him...

We have to move Evan's Christening until August because of the baptism classes we have to do. Frustrating! So it'll be at the same time as his 1st birthday.

PM - Ive seen those trolly things. They're awesome but yikes, R 300 is a lot of money! Let me know if you come right making it. I usually put a nappy / blanket in the seat 1st. Not sure how effective that is...
