Woo Hoo - D has 1 toofy coming thru!!!!
She was abit niggly this morning so when I gave her some prodol I felt a bump and I could see abit of it

Thankfully she's still sleeping 20:30-07:00
But I've got such a migraine today

And my neighbor just told my maid & I that a big boomslang has just slithered into my bottlebrush!!!!

cols - Thanks no we just had a huuge screaming match between the two of them last thursday, i actually think she is doing all this now out of spite to be honest... but somehow it so doesn't make it hurt less

JanineK - Agh no man thats a tricky one... the granny flat idea is a good one, but you are right it is a problem to find it and i am with you on them missing him, shame my parents went on holiday with us in december (they live less than ten mins away at any rate) anyhow after we came back they suffered terribly and kept inviting themselves around. Its gone back to weekends now though

We are planning on moving to, but only in 5 months time. We want them to find a place close to us, but their budget is a bit of an issue.

We own a flat that is currently let out - contract only finish July. Traffic used to be issue, but DH had motorbike now, so much better.

We are planning on moving back to our flat, but kind of limits where MIL can stay and still be close.

Alternatively we want to keep renting out the flat, and rent a house with granny flat - problem is, they are a bit pricey, and the ones with a decent flat (need 2 bedrooms) all want to rent the flat seperate to the house (again, pricey).

They want to move to the east rand, as its cheaper there, and MIL's mom and sister lives there.

So torn now - we really want them to look after Willem, he loves them SO much, and they really take good care of him.
And they are going to miss him too. They've seen him almost every single day, since the day he was born.
If they move away, they will only see him once or twice a month

omw KerryA, you are NOT A BAD MOM!!! Your mil sounds like a real piece of work! Mine drives me bonkers too and then she will turn around and say, "well what do I know, I'm just the granny" when I stand up to her.

EVERYTHING I do is met with "Oh No, that cant be right". Just because SIL is obsessed with doing everything in her life the way Mommy dictates...

Can DH talk to her again aout the rules? What you do and do not allow and tell her if she doesnt follow your rules then she can back right off...

Evan gets a rash on his face from mango - even if it's just mango yoghurt. The dr told me to leave him off it for a while and try again at a later stage.

He is sleeping so much better. He only woke up at 4:30 this morning because he had a poo nappy. I changed him and gave him a bottle etc and he slept till 6:30am He is doing SO much better.

hehe, Guess I'm lucky with my MIL - she is really good with Willem, and sometimes more strict than I am regarding his care...

Only problem is, they are talking of moving in 2 months time (currently living with SIL), and then they will be to far away to look after him

We are trying to convince them to move in with us somewhere (or get two flats or SOMETHING) but not sure if it will work out.

So it seems I'm going to have to find daycare for Willem (we need a crying smiley!)

All I can say about last night is SLEEP, GLORIOUS SLEEP!!!!!
Willem went down at around 8:30/9:00 (sleeping next to mommy on the bed , then moved to cot ) and only woke up at 5:30!!! - not even a dummy run!



Is it obvious that I had a good nights sleep
