Oh Bronz I just read the Lemon and Thyme posts. The famous Dr Epstein is hilarious!! I'd go there just because The Celebrity, who of course we've all heard about, says we shouldn't.

Sorry, I'm posting like my arse today - trying to pretend to work in between so am not reading properly. Bronz, she just suddenly did it, but I always clap and cheer when she has a moment of brilliance, and we sing "If you're happy and you know it" and "Clap handies" to her - but she doesn't clap with us. I think it's just something they start doing on their own - like the pincer grip, or falling off the bed, or CRAWLING!

Nozzy is pinky. There has been a problem on moomie where people are logging in and they end up as Nozzy.
So i think Pinky deleted the post then re-entered it as herself. :)
Hope that makes sense.

Nozzy, your post has vanished? I actually thought Pinky's post was your post. Not sure what happened there...

Bronz, apparently baby teeth do a lot of moving and shifting, and you don't need to worry until the permanant ones come in and are crooked. But then again even those move a lot, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Morning ladies. Funny how there are no guys on our discussion panel.

Claudia_B - Emily fell off the bed again this weekend. in my defence I'd propped up a whole lot of pillows just in case but yes, it really just takes a second. Had a huge bump above her eye - but it's almost disappeared now. The worst is that second of silence before it happens - that awful dead quiet that makes you catch your breath and look around, and see them fall. And then that second of silence after the thud. Jeez, when the screaming starts you say a silent prayer of thanks.

When I was a baby my folks took me to the beach and I was also in the shade, with sunblock and clothes on and I managed to burn blisters. So don't feel too bad.

Jacadebra, I don't think the ear test was necessary, to be quite honest. But it's done and we know everything's fine, including the middle ear. So when she doesn't listen to me, I know it has nothing to do with her hearing.

Speaking of teeth, looks like we have another one - on the top. I was wondering how she was managing to make that awful grinding noise, but didn't think it was a tooth until my mom came round this weekend and broke the news to us, heh heh. Gaps are perfectly normal. Even with the "big teeth", and they usually sort themselves out without all sorts of orthodontic intervention.

Nozzy, I'm fine with Tres Jolie too. Would be so nice to meet up again. Speaking of meeting up, how was the meeting on Saturday?

ScribblingAl: Hmmmm does this mean I get another 2 wishes??
She is gorgeous. I love the facial expression. Such concentration.
Congrats on the clapping. Did you show her how to do it or she just caught on?

We did the birth hearing test. But was not told that we should do a follow up?? Maybe I should find out about that.

I dont mind where we do the get together. I just have one request. Could we do it at about 10am. That gives me time to get through but also lets me leave after traffic has died down.

Pinky that place looks really nice. I also just saw that they are closed on a monday.

jacadebra: I looked for your place online. Good reviews. www.roodepoortinfo.co.za/detail-148-lemon-thyme-cafe.php
But the celebrity says we shouldn't. hehe.
Speaking of gaps. The bottom 2 teeth are skew right? G's turn in a little. top teeth we are still waiting to pop out. So not looking forward to them coming out!!

Hi ladies

Any place is good for me! Will be great to see you and your babas! We can also go to Tres Jolie, their service are not that great, but nice place to play and crawl for the little ones! Tres Jolie is near Honeydew. www.tresjolie.co.za/
