Joli- lol! Thanks for the bath advice. Callum sounds so cute, love the biting the air action. They are precious.

Misty- super excited for you.

Emsmom- I am trying not to do a formula top up but he chiro doesn't help I will have to. But it is early days and it looks good.

Betty- I am a bit shy about bf in public but I have had to whip it out almost everytime we have been out.

Cath- good luck with weight loss. I seem to be back to my starting weight but my body in aquaing not in the same shape. So for me I just need to get back to my usual d exercise routine. Need to wait for 6 week mark though. Then I am in on the get shape challenge.

Meags - hope your first day alone is better than expected. Get help.

Afm - first visit to chiro and he found 2 areas out of alignment. He worked on them, oh so gently. Got home and she fed for half an hour and slept for 2 and a half. Yippee. Only need 1 more session on thurs. Hope this means my princess will be better.

Cath before I had Em is joined sureslim and lost 10kg in 6w. Whenever I go onto that meal plan I lose weight - 2kg a week. So I'm going to stick with that. Which is basically cut out big carbs,a nd keep 5 hours between your meals. - I never really feel like I'm on a diet when I do that and I know it works if I'm strong enough to resist the carbs!

DH wont allow me to pay another join up fee, but I'm keeping a weight chart on my wall - so each time I look at it I should hopefully feel the motivation to keep dieting! (this has also worked well before)

Also each day look at photos of myself in my thinner days (i used to be a size 32! now I'm 38!! )

I just weighed myself and am also 3 kilos away from pre preg weight and although I should probably lose about 15 after that even 10 would be great!!!

What are you going to follow? I'm considering either a HECTIC DIET (dR cOHEN WHERE YOU pay 2,000 and they take your blood etc it's hectic and horrible but works and I am hoping that by spending that money i'll be forced to follow it I know dh will watch me like a hawk if i shell out 2k LOL! ) OR just a more gentle approach which also works - i.e protein at each meal, no carbs at night and some form of exercise each day - no sweets (how/??) or whites (pasta/bread just rye bread)

What do you think??? I am heartily sick of having nothing to wear and closets full of beautiful clothes that are too small!!

I know! And of course we have Kate Elizabeth - the so the princess and the queen. But we chose those names long before they got engaged... I was a little miffed when I saw that there would be an increase in the popularity of her name due to the wedding... but it suits her

Emsmom what a mature little girl Em is hey that's awesome I wish i'd had that realistaion (chocolate doesn't serve you! ) that young! You are sounding great and so in control and chilled at the same time - awesome!!! how funny that we have named our children after the 2 royal wedding participants - Kate and William - I can tell you it was not intentional from our side! Since Princess Diana died I have no interest in that awful royal family!
