Nelria, I am not sure if I understand your question. I was not traumatized by anything mentioned there on your list, because I realised there would be discomfort with childbirth and also humilation. It's kind of part of the package. It's the c-sec package which was for "me" and baby the least traumatizing, but I understand that a mom that doesn't want to have a c-sec will experience everything about a c-ses as the most terrible experience ever.

I had 2 natural births.

I didn't get any suppositories..........or enemas.

Nope my privates weren't touched that much - only to see how far I was dilated and I was 9 cm already with both births when I got to hospital, so I was left alone - and once you at stage of labour - you don't care anyways - nobody needs to wipe your bum afterwards

I didn't tear and I wasn't cut.

Agree with the wet yourself - happened to me with the first birth.

Went for a shower straight afterwards with both births - very nice.

I'm not trying to cause a fight, I'm open to all birthing options. But people need to understand both sides of the story from others who are NOT biased, which is what HOPE wanted.

NOT true. Out of 6 natural births, I only had a suppository ONE time, when I requested cause I had no bowel movement for some time and was afraid of making a mess during labour. So it is NOT a MUST when going natural.

Yes, some internals will be done do access how far you have dilated but even this only needs to be done once every 60 minutes or so, even once every 2 hours will still be fine.

Out of 6 births I was cut only twice, and it was healed within 2 weeks. With 2 others I have slightly torn, did not even need stitches and it was healed in less than a week. WIth teh 2 otehrs I did not tear, nor did I need to be cut. It is NOT done with EVERY single natural birth.

well then I'm really confused as to why people touching her privates in a c-section is such a problem? Obviously she does not apporve of c--sections and felt forced into it, so her perspective is skewed. But several things she listed are experianced during natural birth as well.
