Chickiebird, yes I am, thank you:) posted on our old birth thread when I was 9 weeks (will be 16 weeks tomorrow).

Praying that you join me in being preggers soon إنشاء الله. (God-willing). Aaqil has Jordyn so this bub needs a Horward friend too :)

Will probably have a ceasar end of Feb, was considering a vbac maybe, but dh said no way are we putting ourselves through that again (shame they take the births worse than we do sometimes) :)

I used the Cherished Belly belt. It covers everything. I also started wearing it immediately, stiches and all. I got mine from Kids Emporium but they do sell online. I shrank very quickly but more due to genes I would think. What I liked was that it kept everything immobile so actually helped with the pain. It also protects it from bumps etc. so in a way for me it also acted as a safety device.

Hi everyone. I ended up having an emergency c section with my first lb and I'm considering having an elective with my 2nd lo due in feb.
I did not wrap my belly after Aaqil, and the dischem in Durban are clueless when I ask them about the Dale abdominal binder that GW mentions. Baby city does keep the carriwell support band. Has anyone used it? Also from when can u start wrapping your belly? Immediately? After the stitches come out? And does the band go over the stitches as well, or just the top?

Thank you so much:)

Yeah thanks Vix for starting the thread.
I am going in for the third tym and still found the link helpful.

I have the belt but was too scared to wear it early, but now
that I know I will wear it sooner.I also got it from Clarrissa.
