Cisca, dis nie 'n spesifieke diet nie. Ek volg maar net die beginsels soos op die webwerf. Ek sny alle verfynde suikers, stysels, kafieëne ens., uit en eet baie vars vrugte, groente. Ek probeer maar sodoende die hormone ook in balans bring, maar die effek daarvan sien mens eers na so 3 maande... :dry:

2008 - Blighted Ovum, D&C
2009 - 6 cycles 50mg Clomid = BFN
2010 Aug - 1 cycle 100mg Fertomid = BFP
Baby girl born (28 weeks) on 4 Feb 2011 premature, died 8 Feb 2011
2011 Aug - 100mg Fertomid = BFN
2011 Sept & Dec - 100mg Fertomid & Ovidrel = BFN
2012 Feb - IVF # 1 = BFN
2012 Mrt - Fertomid, Accupuncture = BFN
2012 May - Low AMH = 0.16, - DHEA for 7 months. AMH improved = 0.2
2012 Oct/Nov - IVF # 2 = BFN
2013 Mrt - IVF # 3 Started stimming, Follies stopped growing ....cancelled
2013 May - Dec Various medicated cycles ... all BFN AMH Level : 0.53 2014 Jan - IVF # 4 = BFN

Ek het die dierbaarste skoonouers, kan regtig nie kla nie.

Ruby die Fertomid het geen verskil aan my gewig gemaak nie, inteendeel ek het gewig verloor, want ek volg so 'n tipe fertility diet.

Ag nee :(

Ek sukkel vreeslik met my gewig en nou eers toe besef ek miskien is dit van die Fertomid.. want ek het 6kg opgetel vanaf Junie maand - dis toe ek begin het met die meds.

As ek nie slaai en goed eet nie dan kom ek goed in die moeilikheid :(

Ruby - DEFNITIEF!!!! Ek het al vrek baie gewig opgetel met die blerrie Fertomid.
