I dont have a dischem card, but my medical aid send me a bag with all the goodies in for me and baby.

Was gister by dr weer vir my afspraak. Alles is goed, baba groei mooi. Hy weeg nou 1.9kg. Volgende afspraak is die 11 dec en ek dink dit sal die laaste of tweede laaste afspraak wees vir die swangerskap. Ek kan nie glo dat die tyd so vinning gevlieg het dit nie.

Natsvan wow 34 weeks, that's nice, almost there. Everything will be fine just stay relaxed. Babies are strong little beings and A ok! But I do understand how you feel, I also feel like that sometimes with the bleeding, just cant help to worry. But as the midwife said yesterday, they are viable now, so if need be that they come, they will be just fine. Big hug.

Alicia I also get a very numb pain down there if I stand for too long or walk for a long time (like the mall shopping). not cool. it goes away if I sit or lie down luckily.

Not sleeping so well, keep on tossing and turning.

Went to see the midwife yesterday and also cleared up some questions, feeling more relaxed now. Will pack my bag next week then just waiting for baby showers to see what I still need for baby so I can get that too. I like to be prepared, but babies can also have their own timing I suppose, so the sooner the better.

So glad tomorrow is Friday, been a hectic week. and it even a more hectic weekend ahead and next weekend too. But its all fun.

hi Natsvan I do I feel funny cramps in my sides when I change position to quickly - I have also been feeling a funny feeling like next to my vejaja when I sit for long and then walk as if I have been stretching a lot and its quite painful I don't know if its baba sinking even lower it feels like I cant walk or stand. Shame I hope the kidneys is not going to be a problem when he is born, I have most of the things I need for me and the baby - I actually received my Dischem baby bag a few weeks ago and got some really nice things in there like maternity pads which I need for the hospital one pair of disposable underwear, surgical spirits and cotton balls a bunch of newborn nappies disposable bibs, a body wash for baby and hand sanitizer sjoe and I cant remember everything now but it is really nice and the bag all the goodies came in is very nice also. All you girls must go and collect yours you only need a dischem card and you have to have had spent R300 on your card that's it.

Hantielab, congrats on the twins. You must look for a qualified infant massage instructor in your area. She will be able to teach you and hubby how to use still touch for your babas while they are so small and when they are older how to massage them. It is the most amazing bonding experience (I studied it and have watched moms, dads and babas grow amazing bonds).

Can't believe how big some of your babas are! I was really expecting the same for my little Liam. Had a scan last week and he seems quite small, docnwas gery concerned about his short legs but calmed down when he saw his arms are fine (my family is short so I'm not surprised! ) His kidneys are enlarged so I have to see gynae every 2 weeks to monitor this which isn't easy cos gynae is 4 hours away. This pregnancy has definitely not been as worry free as the last one, not sure if I am still have c-sec on 22 Dec or if he willhave to come out earlier. The bad thing is I still haven't packed a bag, barely done any shopping for me or for Liam, think I'm just waiting to finish work on the 30th and then maybe it will feel real. Liam kicks and moves around quite a bit so that makes me happy. Just feeling so tired even though they changed my thyroid medication. Not a glowing happy preggy lady by any means!

Well I guess I better go. Keep well mamas and babas!
