my due date is die 10 Jan. Dr het aan die begin gese dat my keiser die 5de Jan sou wees.

Toe ek nou laas by hom was, toe skryf hy dit vir die 29ste Dec ( 38 weke). Hy se die 5de is te laat. So ek gaan donderdag hoor of alles nog ok is vir die 29ste dec

my last working day is the 10 Dec!! Can't wait!! also coming back to wrk only in May 2015

I cant believe its almost December I am actually glad I want baba to come now I had my baby shower on Saturday it was raining but so much fun. I received so many gifts

I am only going for my next scan on the 04th of December I cant wait

I am also working until the 12th of Dec so counting down the days another 18 to go - Then only back on the 04th of May 2015

My maag begin nou redelik laag hang lekker swaar ek weet nie wat om te dink nie - my due date is die 08ste Jan en die Keiser is gebook vir die 02de Jan maar Stiaan is 3 weke groter as wat hy moet wees so ek dink nie hy gaan klou tot die 02de nie (Hoeveel van julle se gynies het al julle due dates geskuif?) Ek sien in van die ander groepe is daar mense wat se datums die heeltyd verander want as myne moet skuif is dit al soos middel Dec

MommyMe, my prayers and thoughts are with you for the 24th. and you must take it easy. Ek gebruik gaviscon vir my sooibrand. Het ook eers die naweek my goedjies gekoop vir die hospital. Het nie baie baby goed gekoop nie. Sal eers kyk wat ek alles kry by my babyshower.

Morning ladies

Robs so glad the contractions are less. Hopefully you will be home soon with little Nathan warm and cuddly in your belly.

How did you know it was actually happening? was it the pain or feeling?
Yesterday morning I got so worked up at contractors working at our house that my tummy made weird pulling stretching sensations all day, not sure if it was Braxton hicks or just baby stretching. Realised very quick that I really need to take it calm and not get so worked up but the hormones aren't helping either.

So I went shopping on Sunday for my hospital stuff so that I can get my bag packed by 32 weeks, which is in 2 weeks time. I spent 5 hours in the mall and my feet were killing me and still did not get everything I was looking for.

Started at Discem and went back in the end to go buy maternity pads and panties, just to find that they did not have any stock of the panties except for 2 times xxl sizes. They also don't know when they will get stock.

Have any of you received the Discem baby bag? When you spend over 300 at Discem, they give you a baby bag with goodies. People before said it was quite nice.

Joans wow nie geweet mens kan tums drink v sooibrand nie,weet nie hoekom en nie net uitgevind het nie,maar Dankie, dit help nogal. Het al van gisteraand af lekker sooibrand. Jy moet biki fototjie opsit van jou babakamer. ek kan nou ni onthou wat jou facebook naam is nie,dan invite ek jou?

Karmie voel jy al beter met die verkoue? Hoop jy vat dit rustiger by die werk nou,maar ek weet dit soms moeilik, ek was gister so uitgeput v werk,gevoel of ek marathon gedoen het.

Nadia he is growing nicely. Are you done with the exams now? Feels like November has gone by quite fast, so 12 Dec is around the corner. When are you going back to work then?

Alicia hoe gaan dit met jou? Jou sauna groei ook mooi.

Im going to the midwife again tomorrow, the to doc in Dec. Bleeding is still coming and going. I must say, I am a bit scared of preterm labour, but trying not to think about it.

November is a very emotional month for me. The twins was born on the 24th, so we are planting 2 trees for them in our garden.

Thanks so much for the encouragement and support! Really appreciate it!

A quick update: I did not react well at all to the original meds they gave me to stop labour, so they have put me on a continuous drip and bed rest for 48hours. This will at least give the steroids they gave me time to work for little Nate's lungs to mature a bit. I'm still having contractions but they are further apart now and not as intense. Still painful though and they can't give me anything but a panado haha! Doc is coming in just now to check how far dilated i am. Yesterday my cervix was just opening so wasn't far along yet and luckily I listened to my instincts and came in! Haven't slept since sunday so I'm a bit tired and emotional! They are monitoring us all the time and the little guy seems very happy and content and not in distress so I'm very happy about that. Think he's just like his father and loves attention haha!

Hantielab, thank you very much for your words of encouragement! I am hoping he stays put but if he doesn't I know he is in good hands. I hope your little girls are doing well! Congrats! Such a special time

Haha Joanie, pack your bag just in case hehe! I was putting it off and was going to do it next week. Now I'm getting I told you so looks from hubby hee hee! He has had to video call me so that I can point out things to pack haha! Least I'm keeping him on his toes

Your room sounds beautiful! I saw some pics, really stunning! Looks like a lot of effort and love
