Yay zettie - ons eerste BLOU mamma! Baie geluk!!!

Antz - there is a fetal assessment centre at the Pta East hospital. I think hbwoman is in the cape.

Hbwoman - ek verstaan. Dis maar erg hoe pateties ons liggame na onsself omsien gedurende swangerskap! Ek drink elke dag cranberry pille ook en dan heelwat cranberry sap om maar enige infeksies te probeer voorkom. Hoop jou naarheid verdwyn sommer vinnig!!!

Sorry to butt in here... HBwoman - i have a friend with a similar timeline to yours...

10w4d and heartbeat is also 163... she only recently found out... and is now battling to find a place to do the fetal assessment scan for around the same time in January...

Where are you ladies going for your fetal assessments? She is based in PTA...

Zettie en Gogga geniet jul scans.

Ilse- Soos dok vir my verduidelik het, n swanger vrou is baie meer vatbaar vir diabetes en coke en aartaples is twee groot euwels. So ek moet my tjips ook probeer verminder. Maar die eintlike groot probleem met coke is die acid. dit kan vir n swanger vrou erg infeksie daaronder veroorsaak en baie slegte afskyding wat sleg ryk. Hy se ek moet saam me coke, appeltizer en liqui fruid probeer vermy want dit alles het acid in wat baie sleg is vir n swanger vrou. So ek gaan vir my rooibos ys tee maak en in die yskas sit en vries en dit sal ook help vir die naarheid. Hy het my gevra of ek medikasie soek, toe se ek nee, dis nie so erg meer nie, maar as dit hier by 12 weke nie verby is nie dan moet ek hom net laat weet.
