bly dit gaan goed met jou en baba!!

jammer dat dit so woes gaan! dit is maar so by my ook. jaag om tenminste meeste van my werk klaar gedoen te kry voor die ene kom.

ek kry die laaste ruk verskriklike seer bh. ek het 'n app afgelaai om te monitor. sover is daar regtig geen patroon daaraan nie, so eks maar rustig!

Gaan bietjie woes by my - het groot verslag wat moet klaar!!!

Scan was goed - baba weeg nou so 2.4kg. Ek het wonder bo wonder amper niks gewig opgetel nie.

My ribbes raak nou nogals seer. Ek wens ek het 'n langer lyf gehad... Ai.

Ek werk teen n spoed vandag, wil vroeer loop....soooo ongemaklik vandag, voel net nie goed nie. My hande en voete is vreeslik geswel, my vingers is sommer seer as ek hulle buig! Voel ook verskriklik moeg, mens sal sweer ek is in n koma! Moet vanaand n show saam my vriendin gaan kyk, so ek hoop ek mag vroeer loop sodat ek vinnig n nap kan gaan vang, anders gaan ek dit nooit maak nie!

How many people are allowed to be with me during labor and delivery? How many people are allowed to be with me during a cesarean delivery?

Are eating and drinking allowed during labor?
What laboring positions are recommended?
Is video taping allowed?
Can my partner cut the umbilical cord?
How long will I be able to stay in the hospital? Can I leave earlier if I want to?
How long does the baby need to remain in the hospital after delivery?
Here are some questions pregnant women need to consider before the going into labor:

Is there someone available who can take you to the hospital at any time?
How will you get in touch with that person? (Note: many hospitals and birthing centers offer a pager service that allows you to rent a pager for a few months).
Do you have your route to the hospital planned and an alternate route if needed?
Who will care for your children when it is time to go to the hospital?
If you work outside the home, have you discussed your maternity leave with your supervisor?

Haffie - hoe jou scan gegaan vanoggend?

SJoe Este, kan nie glo jy al so ver nie. Tyd het regtig gevlieg. Nou die dag nog wat ons almal saam begin gesels het oor ons pyne en skete en raad vra.

Ek kripeer van die pyn vandag. So klein dingetjie wat hul Sciatica noem. Hoof aar wat deur uterus vas gedruk word en voel of my hele been dislocated is. Blykbaar kan dit net beter raak as babs besluit om te draai. SO ek is hoopvol dit raak beter.
