Hi all,

Vendah, I'm so glad you're ok! What a scary thing to happen! I would also have cried and been upset, so don't worry about it.

I had my stork party this weekend, it was so beautiful and everything was so perfect. It felt a bit strange to receive everything in blue (since we're so used to pink-pink-pink!) but we got spoiled and I'm really in baby-mode now. I can't wait now, he's due today in 6 weeks :woohoo:

Hi ladies

I will probably do my hospital bag after the baby shower, I was planning on re-arranging my place and creating space for the Bby bt eish I fell today, rolled down the stairs and hit my head against a glass door, my head is painful and my leg swollen as I hit the edge of the stairs with it. So I am not Sho if I will go on with my plan. Bt I didn't hurt my tummy and the Bby is moving as normal. When I was finally alone I cried like a Bby I felt so bad and kept on apologizing to the Bby lol being a mom

Vendah, I feel your pain! Sometimes feels like I can't breathe! My Braxton Hicks are slightly less uncomfortable, but higher up, and man oh man, do I have lightning crotch! Walking funny half the time now!

Went for check-up today; all is well, baby is still head down.

Thanks for all the tips, girls! Doing some packing for hospital this weekend.

Wow thanks so much! So when should I start taking the earlier the better or when I start breastfeeding?

Yes, the berry elexir is basically an energy tonic. You can drink a teaspoon a day, or add it to your fruit juice. Have you heard of Jungle Juice? It's basically a mix of a few ingredients that help you stay energised and hydrated (especially during breastfeeding). Here's the recipe:

50 ml blackthorn berry tonic (Schlehen elixir)
1 litre apple, berry or grape juice (don't use any citrus fruit like orange juice)
2 litres water
1 sachet berry-flavoured Rehydrat solution
Few drops Rescue Remedy to help you relax (optional)

Mix everything together and drink within 24 hours.

Thank you @ dieswartkat very useful information! I wouldn't have known where to start with the meds.
Quick question: have you heard about the schelin elixir blackcurrant a friend of mine recommended I buy it for breastfeeding not really sure what it does.

I've started with hospital bag. Makes it all so real.

Hope all ladies are keeping well
