I spend the whole morning sleeping, i feel "naar" today, and i should be feeling happier cause is my shower on saturday will be seeing my friends and family before the real deal.

Yes, Juanita - very quiet today

My mind is so not here, it's 2.5 hours ahead at my scan later! So much work to do, but my head's not in it. I think things are getting more real. All El's hospital clothes and such are packed up, I just need to sort out the rest of my stuff and her nursery is almost done. SIL coming to finish the mural off on Thursday.

36 weeks today!

Thinking about your lasagne, did you have any trouble with onions, tomatoes and garlic when you breast fed Leandi? At antenatal class we were warned about them causing problems with colic and winds, but then other source say that if you ate it during pregnancy then your baby is probably used to it? I use tomatoes, onion and garlic in almost everything I cook. Haven't started freezing meals or anything, but don't have too much storage space.

So not in the mood for work today (although ive already got stax done)

Going to fetch my lg now and then home. making yummy lasagna tonight. been making double meals to freeze for when im on ml (maternity leave) and dont feel like cooking.

Glad to hear Elmarise is getting better. This flu really is a bugger to get over!!

That's good to hear LM, my lg is still coughing she just can't seem to get rid of the phlegm but at least it is loose and not tight and wheezy like before! As long as she is better by her birthday which is in 2 weeks then I'm happy!

Yeah this cool weather is definitely a nice change to the heat but the weather looks to be heating up again from next week tues and just getting warmer I see real feels of 33 in Jhb so Pretoria will be at least, 35/36!

No lazy afternoon for me, I need to get this boys room finished lol and considering its my one and only day until 11/18 October I better get my ass into gear!

She's doing much better - still coughing, but at least now I can hear the phlegm loosening up...so it's a good sign. I just continue to medicate her.

Really enjoying the bit of cooler weather here in Pretoria... gheez, this past week was a scorcher!!! But the water is still too cold to swim...so I'm hanging limbo in front of the aircon - much to the annoyance of my husband, but I seriously, honestly just don't give a damn...

Oooooh... another hunger craving! Gotta go. Enjoy your lazy Sunday afternoon mommies!!! X
