Hope everyone had a great Woman's day I was lucky enough to be off Monday as well...so feeling well rested

Usually your gyane appointments will be every 4 weeks maybe 5 depending if your gyane is available for that time...
Is your gynae at a private hospital? If not then they usually only see you for certain scans...like week 13/week 20 and not every 4 weeks. But maybe talk to your gynae and ask why. Strange that you did not do any bloodwork at your 13 week scan...
Had bloodwork done at my 8 week scan and sure they do bloodwork for the NT scan...

there is just something wrong about being at work today while most people are on leave
anyway I cant wait for next's appointment and i decided to stay positive about everything and told myself i'm on team blue LOL,
Ladies how do you stop yourself from buying the baby stuff its soooooooooo tempting especial everywhere you go its SALE, Woollies baby stuff is so cute......Enjoy Women's day tomorrow and never forget how crafty we are and the super powers we have as women........WE MAKE PEOPLE

i am also not sure as to why your gynae will see you at 20 weeks, when you are early you should go after 4 weeks according to my knowledge.

Then when you are 12 weeks and above you should go for bloods, especially if you had a miscarriage previously you need extra care.

If you not comfortable ask you gynae or get second opinion, I saw mine at 13 weeks and I'm seeing him again at 17 weeks, that is 4 weeks later.

Hi Ladies.

I am new to the forum.
Our baba is due the 10th of Feb 2017.

Went to gynae last week for our 13th week scan. amazing to see baby as we had a miscarriage in December at 8 weeks.

Not sure if I should be asking in here but the next time the gynae wants to see me is at week 20, does that sound correct? And she did not send me to go for any bloodwork either?? I was under the impression that I would have blood tests done at every scan? I had the general blood tests done at 7 weeks.

This is my first child so not really sure what is correct or not..
Any advice would be really appreciated.
