Adele, Lene looks adorable! Glad the ballet went well. I hope the exhaustion goes away soon. I'm taking lots of naps and that helps.

Champers, yay that your morning sickness is over!Sounds like you are hitting the 2nd trimester energy boost It's great that you're still managing to ride.

I'm starting to feel slightly better - still throwing up but I think the ms is easing up. I've found that eating cucumber seems to help me, lol. Also, mielies and oven baked chips (with salt + vinegar of course) are staying down - it's the most substantial food that I'm managing to get down!

This thread is getting quiet, where is everybody? 2kmm, haven't heard from you in days?

2kidmamma, love woollies and everything Woollies, I am always seriously tempted when I walk into a store to spend half my salary. I try not to stress too much over the weight, but methinks it is a universal theme with us women.

Maribiscuit, on the topic of weight, 3kg's aint that much, can even be water retention in this heat!

Champers, YAY no more MS! And I am reaallly happy that you got to sleep through. Hope you are able to get many more of those nights.

Me, I am still exhausted, really?? Seeing the gynae again tomorrow, looking forward to it! The ballet on Friday went really well. Lene looked so cute! Tomorrow is open day, and I will actually get to see her dance for the first time. I cannot wait.

Hey Maribiscuit. I also LOVED salt and vinegar with my son. I couldn't stand the smell of meat. Now I really can't get enough fruit. I dont normally eat fruit. And spicy food. I can't get enough of. Also, I'm eating SOOOO much. I am always hungry but I'm like you, I can't really eat at night. So night time includes fruit or cup of soup.

I think I'm carrying a girl. Would be nice to have a pigeon pair and there is so much cute pink stuff. I am so one of those who wants everything pink and girly. Love it. DH says I'm setting myself up for a fall because I am so convinced its a girl. He says I will be disappointed if its a boy. So long as babe is healthy, I couldn''t ask for more.

Good luck for finding out the sex. I wish my scan were so soon but mine's only at the end of the month.

Ladies, it looks like MS has finally subsided! WHAAA HOOOO! Yesterday was the first day I wasn't ill.

I'm still horseriding which is fab. With my son I couldnt ride because my horse was too young and I was not all that trusting on him. Now he is much better considering is a year later.

Have a fab FRIDAY!!!! Wow, just realised that this is the first time in ages I've woken up in a fantastic mood. Maybe its because for the second time ever, my son slept through. YAY!

2kmm, lol @ your Woolies shopping splurge! salt & vinegar is one of the few things I can stand, so maybe I'm carrying a girl too! Though my mom said she craved salt&vinegar through all of her pregnancies - including the ones where she carried my brothers.

I think it's lovely that you want to give your daughter your late dad's name - nice way to remember him.

MariBiscuit - how exciting that you're finding out gender soon I've lost weight - I really wouldn't mind putting some on - that would mean I could eat things! I am desperate for a good meal, I cannot WAIT till 12 weeks - and I'm praying desperately that ms will end then.

Adele - I hope that you're not getting too stressed out at work! Nice to have December to look forward to though

2KM I'm really not sure this time wether it's a boy or a girl..the first pregnancy I convinced myself it's a boy..and it was a girl Now I'm not too worried..will find out when the doc tells me haha.

@ mariBuscuit It seems a trend that people that had girls loved Salt & Vinegar, I loved it when i was expecting my daughter and wanted spicey goodies with my Son but now I am craving salty and vinegar things again so i am really hoping it's a girl again.

Champers, yay So excited someone's got the same due date as me This is also my second pregnancy and it differs alot from the first one! This time I can't eat after 8 at night and also can't stand veggies and meat. First pregnancy I was addicted to chocolate and LOVED salt and vinegar.

We will hopefully find out the gender on Tuesday with our next scan. Don't have a clue about names yet!

How much weight have you ladies gained? I've gained 3kg so far I ate so nice and healthy in the beginning but lately I'm stuffing my face with chips and sweets!
