Congrats Robyn and thats a lovely name. Shame, i hope DH comes right, two girls are such a blessing they will always have each other.

Wow flowergirl Em is really advancing well. Fayaz calls all our names the other word he uses is mow meaning no. "This mine" which he picked from his sis. Its great having an older sibling he follow her everywhere and repeats everthing she says or does.

Joybaby i hope K is doing well, all the best with the move.

I have to move house 1st of May, not sure where, we are thinking of buying a place and have applied for a home loan, hopefully it goes through otherwise we will just get another apartment to rent for now.

I TTCed two weeks ago my boobs feel kinda sore but when i tested i got a very very faint second line. DH is not convienced says maybe we should test again in a couple of days. I have also been feeling faint lately i am concerned coz last time i had a MC when i was faint. Please keep your fingeres crossed for me.

LOL A@ JoyBaby - yip, sometimes when either DH or I are particularly angry about something, I email him works better to read it without interfering. I find if you have a heated discussion, then either the other person speaks before you have finished what you wanted to say or they are preparing their response instead of listening to you Emails work better for me, then when we have both calmed down, we speak about it at night.

Em also not sleeping well at the moment and she ONLY wants mommy ALLLLLLL the time - very tiring!!! At night if DH goes to her, she actually hits him and screams: "No daddy!!! Mommy lay Emmy bed!" She has basically figured out that her bed is now big enough for me to share with her So she wants me to lay with her.......... but, last night she was feeling a bit hot and by 2AM, she had a fever of 38.9 which is VERY high for her because her normal body temp is 34-35! She was very clingy this morning and I came to work with a heavy heart but didn't want to take off since I had study leave on Monday. So, my mom is taking her to the doctor at 11:45 and her daddy will go home at 12:30, but I just spoke to my mom and apparently the fever is already gone and she is playing and back to her normal self???? Anyway, still gonna have it checked out just incase - don't want to risk anything with the long weekend coming up and the doctors office being closed.

Joybaby - good luck with the sleeptraining. Sooooo glad to hear that it has gotten better - YAY!!

thanks girly... its also coz she's cutting all the wrong teeth... she only has 5 teeth... the four in front and one top eye-tooth. now she's cutting all the back teeth... i feel two newbie teeth on top at the back and the back bottom gums are severely swollen.

she also seems to like a Jaw massage when the paid is real bad... Hopefully it will pass.

It does suck when you're sick though, but dont put too much pressure on yourself just have fun! Its a very different experience second time around thats for sure.

Ag I feel you about K not sleeping well. Teeth def play a role here, and so does development. K is at an age where she only wants her dad. Its frustrating him so much but she wont go to sleep without him.
I always find she does much better when others are around! Friday K woke every 1,5hrs at home. Sat she slept at granny & grandpa and slept through. Go figure.
Re cutting teeth, K cut 8 at a time in the beginning of the year, it wasnt as bad as I thought. But she just cut her last 2 eye teeth 2 weeks ago and that was absolute hell. Just kept giving prodol and nurofen / ponado whenever she became niggly. I find its the pushing that hurts them, once they are actually cutting they're much better.

Ah joybaby you remembered huh? It was on friday , still should wait for the pap results but it all looked clear and the gynea gave us the all clear... and a lecture about being 100% sure we are ready becoz no 2 is HARD work.

So I am officially TTC... in fact i should ovulate today! according to my calculations, but i have been sick and on antibiotics this month, so who knows. (will start testing though)

Good luck with the sleep training, i am sure it will help, you just sort of have to take it one step at a time...

Kaelyn is also going through something suddenly... she was sleeping so very very well you just bathed her and then put her in her bed with a bottle read her about 5 pages of one of her disney books and viola fast asleep. And you would see her at about 6 in the morning when i have to take her to grandads. All of a sudden she is clingy as all hell, doesn't want to sleep, let alone in her own bed, won't eat, wont even go to her fav oerson in the world, grandad... in fact even getting her to have her bottles is an issue. Heaven forbid you leave the room....

We took her to the doc because i have a cold so we thought maybe she had it or an ear infection, but no nothing she got a totally clean bill of health.

So it really is just the amount of teeth she is cutting... all she wants to do lately is cry in my arms... and i must be honest i am starting to get angry about it. I mean she won't even go to DH!

sob sob... you can tell we didn't get sleep last night huh? Ah well the issue is tomorrow we are going away with my parents for the easter weekend,,, and we will be sharing a chalet.... FX that maybe she cuts the teeth TODAY... (I know 4 teeth, fat chance)

Robyn so sorry I did reply to you in the October group. Really hope your evening goes better than the rest.

FG do u write to DH? It's not something mine is into at all, its hard to get him to send an SMS so I've never bothered. I just try and talk it out, but sometimes it turns into a huge fight.

Robyn how is the nausea now? Is it better? Do u feel any other pg symptoms other than this?
I always start to get paranoid when I get further away from my last scan and closer to the next one. The MS still comes and goes, but not nearly bad as before. But other than that I have no symptoms to speak of so I get nervous. With K I had seen gynae 3 times by now so I dont like this waiting much!

Kerry when is your gynae check up and when do u start TTC?

All the girls going on holiday this weekend you must enjoy it and please drive safely if ur on the road!

We have been doing some sleep training, but not in the traditional sense because we've realised (well hopefully DH is onboard now) that she will not fall asleep in her cot. So we do a very stringent routine of bath, story and bottle, bed starting between 7 & 7:30pm depending when we finish eating supper.
Once we stopped putting her down in the cot it got a lot easier. Now she lies down in ur arms the minute the lights go out. I tickle her back or tummy and sing lullaby's to her. Normally she'll be out after 20 minutes but sometimes she'll wriggle around so much then I go lie her on our bed and do the same and then she eventually passes out. I think as soon as she's in her own bed it'll be much better we can then put her in her bed and sit next to her doing the same thing. So I'm really looking forward to that!

Oh Robyn, so sorry, men really can be unreasonable sometimes. He will come round and in the mean time know that there is no way on earth you could have made it a boy.

Your girls will be bautiful!
