Aaaaaah Robyn - so sorry to hear that. Seriously, that is sooo insensitive oh well, just take it easy and sure he will come around soon and realise what an ass he has been. Men can be so callous and ridiculous sometimes, but that is seriously unacceptable and I wish you didn't have to deal with that. He should just be glad that both you and the baby are healthy.
Sometimes when we are angry about something, we can't see reason. So maybe it would be a good idea if you wrote to him and told him how he is making you feel. Probably easier than talking to him while his thinking is soooo irrational.

I can imagine its not a very comfortable flight for the lucky parent who gets to hold a sleeping toddler in their arms for 2 hours

We are flying with friends who has a daughter Em's age, so maybe they will entertain each other? She is a regular flyer, so need to check with the parents how she copes. THey have flown a few international flights with her as well, so she is used to flying.

I have to spend the entire day tomorrow working on my exam assignment and I can think of a million things I would rather be doing!!!

oh, we also took her build-a-bear on board with us, a waste as she slept, but it turned out to be a great pillow to put under the arm i was holding her with...
