I went to try to exchange it at checkers and they will only exchange the same brands, so I can't exchange it for huggies. Oh well guess I'll just have to suffer with pampers for a while longer, I have no.3's so perhaps I shall give that a go, they jsut look so big!

Emily's 5 weeks and already 4.65kg - and she has the chubbiest cheeks you have ever seen. I'm sure the paediatrician's going to call us on overfeeding her ;) As long as she's a happy fatty I'm not too bothered.

I find that with these joyous runny breastfeeding poops - one size bigger usually helps - just means you have to fasten them a bit tighter around the tum. As long as the leg elastics fit, all good. I can't believe she is in no 1's still!!

My little miss piggy will probably be busting out of the no.3's soon.. LOL.. ok, not that bad but she's a really chubby monkey

About the Pampers, I'm still using number ones, and they have started to leak up the bum too. They're still quite big for her. Or maybe it's because she's been producing these Wimpy Mustard poos that get in everywhere...

Hey Ladies! This is going to be rushed so I'll probably forget what I wanted to say lol

Bundle - if you like Pampers you need to get No. 3 - which is for 4kg-9kg - that will give you a higher back and more place between the legs for squirty poops lol. I prefer huggies but got some pampers no2 and had that same thing happen a few times so I swapped for no3's and no top leakage yet - it's been 3 days.

Wow Lientjie - sounds like your LG is growing beautifully :cheer:

Good Luck with operation B/feeding ScribblingAl, lol - I hope you have your snacks and books packed for the long sitdown ;). There use to be a Govt Clinic in Weltevreden Park when I lived on the West Rand but I can't even find a number for it so it probably doesnt exist. There is one in Madelein Street in Florida and a Helderkruin one their numbers are listed here: www.joburg.org.za/content/view/43/9/. I'm trying to find one close to me too as I'm considering doing vacc's there - but I'm not going to the centre of Randburg and Marlborough seems like a shlep.

Nicky - glad Liebe is doing a bit better :-). I can't believe your maternity leave is over in a month - that sucks. Have you found a nice creche to send her to?

Des - sounds like Connor is doing great too! Taking them for vaccines really does suck though - my heart breaks each time. :(

Seems like Lia had her 8 week growth spurt a few days early - she was drinking every 2-2.5 hours 24/7 for the last day and a half.. gah... makes night time lots of fun LOL. Hopefully it is back to mostly every 3 hours again with some longer stretches.. *holds thumbs*. One plus is that she's fallen asleep on her own twice in the last couple of days which is a biggie for me.. I tend to spend hours rocking and singing/ dancing with my babies. I still spent hours doing that but those two times were a bonus lol.

Sorry about the Thrush Pinky - that sucks. Hope it isn't too sore and that you are both 100% in no time.

Have to dash guys.
Have a great day!

I think you can exchange them, depending on where you bought them from. At Baby City they will usually let you take back anything that they stock.

ok so I need to try and take back the pampers N0.2 I bought and rather get Huggies.

Do any of you know if I can exchange the pampers for huggies at the shop?

Or can you only exchange within the same brand?
