Newborn and baby advice

Hope you don't mind me nosing around. I love looking at baby pics! Your baba's are all gorgeous!

@ Scribblingal - yes - we bought the S26 Gold and she has had her top up with that the last 2 nights... she had only gone 1 day without a poop - but def made up for it the following day Although it wasn't normal... soaked straight into the nappy..anyway

As for her sleeping - she is now going 1 hour over her feed time after the top up... better than nothing I suppose!

And I have to just let you all know - last night I officially lost it and shouted at the MIL... she was very shocked... and avoided me for the next half an hour... lets see if that shuts her up

It is FREEZING in Cape Town today... hoping the sun warms up a little later so I can take lo outside... otherwise i may just go for a sunny drive in the warm car!!!

@Pinky - Karla is looking SO GORGEOUS!! Can't wait to see piccies of all the other ladies lo's too!!

I miss you guys - when are you getting together again? I'd love to join!

Hope you all are doing well...

ScribblingAl, after Karla started sleeping so well, I got so excited and now she started waking between 1 and 2 and then between 5 and 6 again... oh well, luckily it was like that for a while!

Karla, me and her granddad went for breakfast and shopping this morning at Menlyn. He bought her nice clothes from pumpkin patch and naartjie... very lucky baby!!!

I thought I should just add a picture of her smiling, she loves talking and giggling with us!

Beansmom, did you get the S26 Gold? I'm interested to know how Tayla's doing on it. About the constipation, how many times a day does she poo? Emily only makes a poo once a day. Sometimes she skips a day and explodes the next day. I asked the sister at the clinic and she said it's fine as long as they have a poo every two days. The formula does take longer to digest.

After sleeping like a champion for a few nights Madam woke up at 2am again, starving. Guess it was good while it lasted

Emily's also still throwing up. I just leave a bib on permanently. It's easier to change a bib than an entire outfit - how does the puke get under the vest?!

Desiree, the race went ok. Mark was chilled and relatively happy with how he did. I was such a wuss, I sat in the car until about 8.20am and thought I'd better get moving as he was due to finish just after 8.30 and it turned out that it was warmer outside the car in the sun than it was inside the car. And Emily was so good. Think she loves being outdoors. Your girls night out sounds so nice! Must have been weird coming home to an empty nursery.
