Kimika I'm SO with you on not going to miss these damn urine samples! Especially after being in hospital last week and having the do it like 3 times a day!! Especially the whole midstream thing - it's so damn messy!

Betty, I love you pics and the cross stitch sampler is SO lovely! That reminds me, Arno's blankie's embroidery is not done - I'll have to get cracking on it today! I think I have about 6 more blocks to do.

Cath, excuse my stupidity, but I can't figure out what BD stands for. Obviously I can see what it means, but what does the actual abbreviation mean? WOW at it being better after W's birth! I found that it's been SO much better during pregnancy, so thought this was the one thing about pregnancy I would miss, so this is interesting news.

A quick selfish post before I read posts and do personals:

My C sec has been booked for 8h00 tomorrow!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to see my gynae again yesterday and had protein in my urine again, so he asked me to bring in another sample this morning. The 2nd sample was clean, but he said that he is nervous about my BP and the protein being up and down, so he rather wants to do the c section tomorrow.

So clearly I had NO complaints about his suggestion!

So I went from having to wait another 9 days to 1 more day! Can't wait!!!

Quickie post as I have to get Princess Tessa ready for her paed appointment. Just a quick boast ......... she slept for 7 straight hours last night. I feel like a million dollars I really hope it isn't a once off!

Have a super day and I'll come catch up after appointments (also have midwife and next weigh in today!!)

Faw, happy 2nd birthday to your son!! Great that he got a cake and some winter goodies. It really helps to get clothes as gifts for them while they are still so small, they dont really understand toys as gifts anyway

Schatsie, glad that it was only a mistake and you didnt have to stay in hospital again! But Im sure when your son is born you will have a wonderful *positive* hospital experience

Jessica, I sent you the list with biscuits. Im going to make just enough so that there wont be any left for me to munch on! Ok so what J&J do you use and when?? I dont understand why my babies never smell that good??? My sister says they smell like skin!??

Betty, yip the hairwashing... eish.. are there any kids out there who actually like it? I make a point of it to wash my son's every 2nd night but he still puts up a fight each time! The shelf is really pretty and done so well!!

Cath, actually the jab/needle bit is the easy part.. the pain is over quite fast.. its the side effects that are worse Also they now say not to give Panado or Calpol beforehand as it affects how the vaccine works You can always just buy some emla patches and put that on beforehand. Sounds like Will is just the perfect little angel hey! Lucky mommy! You are doing a wonderful job!!

AFM: R is back to his old happy smiling self. But Im battling to get him down to nap during the day? He doesnt cry or anything, just moans when I put him down. Then I rock him a bit and as soon as I put him down he wakes up! But it does sound like a kinda normal baby thing.. aaii.. And he started to get used to feeding each 2hours or even sooner!!! So I took Tazzy's advice and Im now giving him water so that I can stretch him back to 3hrly feeds. Hope it works soon!! LOL
