Went to the dr yesterday baba has been growing so much still looks like a girl we had a quick flash and then the cord was in between the legs and no show

measuring a full 275gr and 13.2 cm

The pic is of her back and bum, for after a while she was so tired of us looking at her

Dr says I have to stop worrying about the measles she says that you have to have someone with the illness cough or sneeze on you - and it is a very small % of grownups that will get the disease

how is everyone else doing

Karmie I'm glad to hear you're all ok! Scary when things like that happen, makes you realise how fragile we really are. And thank goodness for rear-facing car seats! Congrats on the (tentative) team pink!

I still have a week to go to my next appointment Feels so long inbetween! Hubby also couldn't make it to the last one so he's really anxious to see babs again. But I know this critter is doing exceedingly well. I feel him move and kick almost all the time (right now he's busy practicing kung-fu on my belly button), he's incredibly busy, and I can also feel that he's gotten a lot stronger in the past week or so. Our baby stash at home just seems to be growing by the day, and I feel like we're almost ready for babs! We have all the big essentials so its just the smaller things now. Also, everyone always gives you cute little outfits for baba, so I decided to scout around a bit for a nice deal on gumtree to just fill the gaps, and found a mommy who's selling all her boy clothes from 0-24months for like 300bucks. I like bargains, and although baby shopping is fun, I just felt like spending so much on items baba will only be able to wear for a month or two seems like a bit of a waste. So after I go pick up the 3 bags full of clothes today baba already has a complete wardrobe for the first two years, which is a good feeling! I'll be halfway through my pregnancy on thursday, can you believe it. Feels like yesterday that I found out. Time flies!

I did manage to see my Dr on Friday, they were so understanding, which I really appreciated

Dr also said it looks like a girl to him, but he cannot confirm 100% either yet, so we are waiting for the next scan again. Hubbie feels very sure it is another girl

We were at the aquarium on Saturday and on our way back home someone crashed into the back of our Hilux at the robot. We are all fine, and luckily the towbar meant we had virtually no damage on our vehicle (the other vehicle looks quite bad and actually got stuck on the towbar). My LG was in her carseat and she just fell asleep when the accident happened. She had such a fright, shame. Thank goodness for proper carseats! I had a bit of whiplash, not too bad, but luckily LG is still facing back so she was absolutely fine.

Hoe gaan dit met almal vanoggend?

Ek bly in Parow area mommyme. Gister was n lekker dag gewees ne...Ons het vroeg oggend langs die strand gaan loop in Sea Point. Kaapstad bly maar n pragtige plek.

Ek voel ook nie op die oomblik so baie bewegings soos voorheen nie, maar ek dink ook hy/sy het seker posisie verander.

Ek sit op die oomblik met n verskriklike tandpyn en wag op die dokter om my die ok te gee om dit te gaan trek.

Lekker geseende sonskyn dag vir almal vir julle!!!

Blessedw1 ek wens elke dag wil so wees. Die wind het wel by ons gewaai wat effens onplesierig was. Vandag lyk ook weer na 'n mooi dag. Waar in die Kaap is jy? Baie bly als het goedgegaan en babatjie groei mooi! Dis pragtige name

I'm not feeling to much movements at the moment, think she is still very low down, moved slightly from what I can gather on the monitor. but still very low.
