Ekk sweet my gat af!

Sy weeg nou 2.7kg, so sy het nie so baie opgetel in die week nie. Maar gynae skat sy sal nogsteeds oor 3 kilo's wees.

Helene, ek stem gee daai goeters vir die ouditeure om oor te worry, mens betaal hulle 'n kleinhuisie vol geld, so hulle moet daaroor worry!

Gerne, ek dink baie van die gewig is maar in vog en water! Onthou net, as ek klaar gekraam het, gaan ek 25 kilo's moet begin afskud, want ek het minimum 10 kilo's oorgewig begin

Kom ons hoop hard vir die reen julle!!!! Ons gras is geel en dood!!!!

Hmmm, it seems I might have a job for next year that I can take baby with me to work...looking after another baby

Going to see family again tomorrow and spend some time with them. I really hope it works out

I just wanted to say I'm thinking of you all in the days and weeks that come that you all have the Births you dream and hope for and that your babies are all healthy and happy. Specially to Gerne and HeleneS and Sarah..... Photos of the new ones with the nappies on please!!!

Jip jong, ek het met Henko presies 28 opgetel en nou lyk my gaan dit bietjie meer wees. Ek weet self nie regtig waar sit al daai 28 nie hoor. Ek wou so graag dit die keer minder laat wees en ek het mooi na my dieet gekyk, maar nou ja.

Shoe net 10, wow dis min ne. jy gaan dit so vinnig verloor.

Sarah, you should be fine at Femina, they won't push you for an unneccessary c-section. I'm hoping for your sake that little one makes her appearance soon, but enjoy the last few days! Good luck with your back!!

Sarah, which hospital are you going to? Just make sure hubby has your wish list and be nice to the staff. They are normally very helpfull if you don't have a birth prefrence sheet as long as your arm. Our hypnobirthing one is 4 pages, there is no way I'm taking that!!! All I want is for them to leave me alone to do my own thing as much as possible. And not give me any meds unless I ask for it. My husband is well trained after our course and I'm sure that he will handle all the odds and ends that they push our way.
How are you feeling? Time is getting less now hey! I was thinking about you all weekend, wondering if you are not in labour yet.

Going to Femina. My wish list is just about half a page of bulleted points, I don't think there is a single full sentence on it! Also including what I would prefer should I have an induction or an unplanned c-section. It is mostly for me and hubby and was a way for me to put my feelings regarding the birth on paper so I could express it verbally when I'm in labour! And its not 'strict'. More a case of
"pain relief options - movement, water, TENS, massage, birth ball"
"medicated pain relief - gas (stay as active as possible during labour) and only when expressly requested


I'm feeling fine. Battling a bit with swelling in my left foot, but that is all linked to my back problem which should hopefully get rectified after the pregnancy.

No more signs of labour since I've started maternity leave!! Murphy's law!
